"…I'll call you later, bye.."

Junhui took his phone away from his ear, ending the call with Soonyoung. He opened the door that lead to the library, he needed to finish up on an essay that was due soon. Junhui sat down in the same corner of the library as he always did, thankfully he already did whatever he had to do at the campus library, since he did work there for the time being. As he plugged his earphones in ,he opened up his laptop, immediately opening up his unfinished essay…

Junhui sighed as he rested his head on his hand, that was propped up onto the table. Part of him just wished he stayed in China and maybe just continued his acting career there. Though if he did stay in China, he wouldn't have met the friends he had met in Korea..

"JUN!"

"DID YOU TAKE SOMETHING FROM ME"

Of course it was Soonyoung texting him, despite just talking to him a minute ago. He opened the text as he tried to think about whether or not he took something from him before remembering that he did take their clothes to wash them…

"I washed our clothes. They're drying now I think"

Junhui just continued to develop his essay as he waited for Soonyoung to eventually realize what he did, before smiling a little and placing his phone slightly away so it wouldn't disrupt his focus. He and Soonyoung were quite close ever since they've became roommates: sharing similar interests, hobbies and even very close birthdays…

After a while, Junhui finally finished his thesis as he sighed in relief, leaning back in his chair. He read through the essay a few more times making sure it was ready to hand in, just in time of the deadline.Though when he started to pack his stuff so that he could finally leave, he felt a finger tapping onto his shoulder. Junhui looked up,taking out one of his earphones as his eyes met with another guy's, who seemed around his age maybe even younger…

"You dropped this."

Junhui looked at what the man was holding, his keyring that his younger brother bought ,when Junhui was still in China. He got up from his seat, taking it from him, smiling as he pulled his bag to rest over his shoulder…

"…Thank you…"

"ah…I'm Kim Mingyu.."

Junhui placed the keyring into his pocket as he nodded, keeping a polite smile to the guy who was surprisingly taller than him. Which was surprising given that Junhui was above average height. The other was just wearing a slightly big T-shirt, with gray sweats, maybe he was here to catch up on some work as well…

"…Wen Junhui.." He responded back, keeping the polite smile on his lips..

"I suppose you're from China..?"

"..I am, yeah…." He paused growing slight suspicion "…how did you find that out…"

Junhui raised an eyebrow at him, quite sure that the keyring showed no signs that he was from abroad. He kept his gaze onto Mingyu, who stayed silent and even still once he asked that question. Though after a while,Mingyu finally pointed to his bag. Junhui just looked at him even more confused and slowly becoming uncomfortable..

".. You were writing in Mandarin so I just thought that you were."

Mingyu chuckled gently as he rubbed the back of his neck. Junhui just nodded as he politely smiled, feeling quite uneasy just by talking with him. He started to walk a little away as he slightly bowed towards him, before finally turning away as he head out of the library. Junhui couldn't help but think that Mingyu was lying about something and he mentally took a note to remain guarded if he ever encountered him again…

However he had an unusual feeling that someone was watching his every move as he left the library…

⊱ ۫ ׅ ✧

Junhui sighed as he walked into his and Soonyoungs's shared dorm. Closing the door behind him,he glanced over to Soonyoung who seemed to be on the phone with someone, probably Wonwoo. Soonyoung looked over to him, keeping his phone onto his ear, smiling a little as he saw Junhui…

"..You're here, finally!"

"…Were you waiting for me..?"

"..no but you were out longer than usual"

"..Ohh i see.." Junhui chuckled as Soonyoung grinned back at him, his eyes as always turning into crescents. The other was wearing a loose sleeveless shirt with shorts as always but then again Soonyoung was a dance major so it made sense in the slightest..

Junhui took off his hoodie as he went to his side of the dorm, leaving himself to just be in a black tank top with gray sweats. Sighing as he stretched, glancing to Soonyoung..

"…Talking to Wonu for like the 100th time today?" Junhui asked chuckling as he teasingly smirked at him..

"…And what? Can i not talk to my boyfriend?" Soonyoung shot back at him sarcastically, though letting out a tiny smile, knowing that Wonwoo is probably listening in and enjoying the conversation between them..

"…You can of course! I'm just making sure.."

Soonyoung raised an eyebrow at him, looking confused before shrugging it off as he chuckled returning back to the phone with Wonwoo, continuing the call from where they left off before Junhui walked in..

Junhui smiled as he hung his hoodie on the hook against his closet, making his bed a little before immediately ruining it by laying face flat onto it. He glanced at Soonyoung talking about whatever occurred in his mind, with full trust for Wonwoo. No wonder they were like this, they were best friends since 9th grade and have definitely developed their relationship a lot more since then..

Junhui really couldn't help but wish for the same relationship for himself but every time he tried it always ended up in the worse situation. He sighed as he lifted his head, pulling out his phone to do whatever that came to his mind…

Though it didn't feel as mindless as he still felt an uneasy feeling about that Mingyu guy. He felt quite weird from the start because he never carried the keyring with him around the campus. It stayed on his desk at the same place ever since he moved in…

"…Soon, do you know a certain 'Kim Mingyu'?" Junhui asked before slowly looking back at him, he had a skeptical look on his face as Soonyoung turned back to look at him. He knew he could trust him since even after being an introvert, Soonyoung practically knew everyone on campus. Though all he probably knew was their names, looks or age…

Unfortunately the morning eventually came, and Junhui yet again regretted staying up to finish the series that he started watching when he came back to the dorm last night. But to his surprise, Wonwoo was walking past his open door. Junhui immediately got out of his bed, walking towards his door, looking around where he also saw Jihoon standing around…

"Am i missing something..?" Junhui asked as he blinked at Jihoon, who looked back at him casually, now shrugging as he walked towards him..

"..I don't know, Soonyoung forced us to come here.." Jihoon crossed his arms as he peaked into the room where Soonyoung and Wonwoo was. "He still hasn't explained why he called us.."

Junhui chuckled tiredly as he stretched a little to relieve the sleepiness that still remained in his body before walking into Soonyoung's room, keeping one hand onto his hip..

Soonyoung immediately looked up to look at Junhui, Wonwoo following his gaze..

"Ah! Junhui! You finally woke up" Soonyoung immediately sat up from his bed, where Wonwoo was on his laptop sitting in front of him..

"..Soo…? What's with them?" Junhui asked gesturing toward Wonwoo and Jihoon, who was now standing next to him…

"Oh right! I just wanted them here"

Junhui raised an eyebrow at him, as Jihoon just gave him an unimpressed look behind him. Wonwoo was a Photography major since he had always wanted to have a photo studio though he's quite talented in writing and even computers. While Jihoon majored in practical music and he definitely made that right choice for that since he's so talented in anything music…

"You do this way too often!" Jihoon sighed as he shook his head, crossing his arms..

"..Whaat.. I just want us to be toget-" Wonwoo cut Soonyoung off before he could even continue by covering his mouth ,which caused both Jihoon and Junhui to laugh…

⊱ ۫ ׅ ✧

"..I'm thinking of starting a piano class." Junhui said out of nowhere as he quickly ate the food that he quickly packed for himself in the morning..

"..Why so out of the ordinary?"

Wonwoo chuckled as he responded but initially agreed to the idea, considering that Junhui was already quite talented in playing piano as they all have at least heard him play once or even twice, and it would be a good way to earn some more money on the side..

Soonyoung and Jihoon finally joined them as their classes finished a little later than usual. However just as they were about to speak there was a large crowd walking into the field that most people stayed when they were resting between lectures. Soonyoung sat next to Junhui before slightly leaning towards him, whispering quietly so Wonwoo and Jihoon couldn't hear but it was fine because they were already busy occupied with their own conversation…

"…Isn't that the guy you asked about yesterday..?" Junhui looked up at Soonyoung, already feeling a little uneasy just from mentioning him…

"..I think it is.." Junhui looked over to the crowd as it seemed that the certain Kim Mingyu was the center of attention..

"…Oh yeah! Seokmin is his friend. You know my friend that's a year younger than us?" Soonyoung mentioned as he rested his hand onto Junhui thigh, comforting in the slightest way he could for now..

"…What a 'Mr Picture Perfect'…" Junhui muttered under his breath, even if Soonyoung could hear it either way..

"..You know.. I've heard some people even call him 'Mr Kim perfect' or something like that" Soonyoung rolled his eyes playfully, as he air-quoted the popular nickname..

⊱ ۫ ׅ ✧

Junhui held a pile of books in his hands, shelving them neatly in their designated categories. Since he worked as an assistant for the library, the librarian gave him some returned books to put back in their places..

There were books about acting, practical music, photography, dance, the arts. After a while, he finally placed the last textbook in its shelf. He sighed as he dusted his hands before he heard someone walking towards him..

"..Excuse me? Do you know where the practical music section is..?" The blonde-haired man asked, having a gentle smile on his face, Junhui could almost hear him mutter under his breath, seeming a little surprised…

"…Ah yeah, it's right here" Junhui chuckled as he turned around to guide the blonde-haired towards the bookshelf behind them..

"…Ahh.. I didn't see that.." The other laughed with him quietly, the guy's smile was almost like it was the sun shining. "Also..? Aren't you Soon-hyung's friend? I'm Lee Seokmin!"

Junhui immediately recognized the name before smiling back at him.. "Woah.."

⊱ ۫ ׅ ✧

Junhui finally finished his last class of the day but as he walked out of the building ,he almost immediately got drenched by the heavy rain. It was worse because it was the very same day when it say it would be quiet sunny and overall great weather, so Junhui opted to just wear, a white tank top with an open black shirt over it, with light blue jeans…

Sighing as he eventually decided to just walk through the rain, his black hair almost immediately became drenched. The library wasn't that far from where he was right now, Was it?

After 15 minutes of becoming absolutely soaked, he immediately turned to the bathroom that was nearest to the library, walked over to the sink that was the furthest away from the door..

Junhui took off his short-sleeved shirt, holding it in his hands as he twisted it together, attempting to dry the shirt even though it wouldn't really help, since his undershirt was still very wet. He sighed as his button-up was a little dryer but was now wrinkled…

Just staring down at the sink, holding his black shirt in his hands, huffing gently but this odd-sense of calmness was rudely interrupted by someone calling his name as they were standing at the bathroom's doorway..

"…Wen Junhui…" It was Mingyu, seemingly holding a hoodie, having a gentle look on his face..

Junhui already felt an uneasy feeling just by looking at him, so he looked back at the sink, taking in a quiet breath as he went back to drying the shirt…

He was then snapped out of his daze as he felt Mingyu wrapping his arms around him tightly from behind. Junhui ,despite what he did, just kept his gaze down, but saw Mingyu turning his head slightly to look over to him in the corner of his eye. Junhui closed his eyes tightly as he gripped his shirt tightly into his hands, as he felt Mingyu, now resting his chin onto his shoulder..

"…You're at such a comfortable height for me to cling onto you." Mingyu giggled a little before finally letting go, holding up the hoodie in his hands, noticing that Junhui still wasn't paying attention to him…

"We're basically the same height, so we'll probably be similar sizes.." Mingyu started glancing back at Junhui "Getting rained on is the worse so I always have a spare shirt, hoodie or jacket in my bag just in case.."

Mingyu paused as he turned to face Junhui's back, who was still facing the mirror, that was above the sink..

"..Did you really not bring an umbrella with you?"

Mingyu sighed as he held the hoodie towards Junhui as he finally turned to face him, smiling gently at him..

"Here.. Wear this.."

"..Thank you but I'll be okay.."

"…Come on, you can't go into the library like that, they'll kick you right out probably." Mingyu pouted slightly as soon as he heard Junhui refuse his offer..

"..Just wear this, I can help you put it on.." Mingyu smiled as he gently turned Junhui to face him directly but was pushed away as soon as he tried to help Junhui..

"…I already said no.." Junhui took a deep breath as he faced Mingyu, in slightly similar clothes that he'd wear when only his friends or family are around. "..Do you not understand what no means..?"

"And who said I'm still going to the library, I'm capable of taking care of myself.." Junhui looked away for a second, crossing his arms as he looked at him. "why do you even care if I got drenched in the rain, when many others did too?"

"…Can you leave. Not everyone wants a piece of you." Junhui sighed as he turned back towards the mirror, stroking his wet hair back, looking at himself in the mirror but also glanced at Mingyu, who was still standing behind him…

Mingyu just looked at him, almost having an expression similar to a sad puppy's.He smiled a little sarcastically..

"…Right. I get it, I'll leave you be."

Junhui just watched as Mingyu huffed walking towards the door to leave before just throwing it to the side. He could practically hear him rolling his eyes..

As he returned his gaze back onto his shirt in the sink, he heard someone walking into the bathroom, looking quite confused as he looked past the upset Mingyu, going to wash his hands at the sink next to him..

"…he's like that a lot, i apologies on his behalf .." The black haired guy with a mullet said, smiling gently.. "..I'm Xu Minghao. Dance major.."

Junhui raised an eyebrow as he smiled back, could this guy be what he think he is. "…Are you also Chinese?"

"…Yeah, are you?" Minghao smiled a little brighter as he immediately switched to speak in mandarin.. "..Also aren't you one of Soonyoung's friends?"

"..Yeah! I am, his roommate actually" Junhui smiled back as he also switched to Mandarin. "..Did Mingyu know you were here?" Junhui asked which was returned with a sharp 'nope' and a sweet grin..

Who knew he'd meet someone also from china after that unusual wave of events..
