Suho decided to choose Ganghak over Eunjang why? Who knows it was just his instinct he only had to study for 3 years while the others would just graduate so he wanted a place where he start over on his own, well it was a bit foolish but he did it
His body has recovered he started doing mma again since his financial state got better as his grandma won a lottery he didn't have to work as much as before, it has been more than 7 months since he woke up the doctor adviced to not go hard on his activity
He had to graduate, well it was his grandma's wish so he wanted to study hard from the beginning since Sieun and the others are second year now he could ask for help with that thought he started his first day at school well it was not bad his classmates didn't seem bad but as the lunch break was getting closer some were whispering things like
"Keum Seongje is in bad mood"
"Keum Seongje is in the canteen"
"Keum Seongje-"
He remembered hearing that name from Sieun maybe it's a different person since Ganghak is pretty far from Eunjang compared to other schools
--LUNCH BREAK--
Suho was sitting in the canteen and eating and when he asked for more the 'lunch lady' actually gave him more so he was eating happily as someone taps his shoulder he looked up to see someone pretty? Handsome? Not sure but he had that strange eyes
The other says "That's my seat" Suho swallowed his food and answered
"There is no name on it"
The other rolled his eyes and after 3 sec he threw a punch a Suho,Suho was surprised but dodged
"Woah...what the hell"
The other notices the nametag
"You're a first year?...Ahn Suho?"
"Yeah"
"Ah!...you're newbie's boyfriend no is he a oldbie now?"
The boy taps Suho's shoulder well i shouldn't do this on your first day he says as he leaves
"???"
--AFTER SCHOOL--
Sieun and the others met up with Suho and they were eating Sotteok and Sieun asked about how his day was
"I almost got punched"
"What?"
"He had some glasses and asked if i was newbie's boyfriend"
"Uh...so you met Keum Seongje"
Suho was thinking for a moment and answered
"So Sieun is the newbie?"
"Yeah he calls me that"
"Is he a trouble?"
"Not really since the Union stopped doing illegal stuffs but he does go around beating kids who piss him off"
Suho didn't really hear the explanation about Seongje even though he was the one who asked ,what was in his mind was Seongje's face that strangely looked pretty
--TOMORROW--
Suho was sitting near the window and eating in the canteen and someone sits in front of him he looks up and sees Keum Seongje with his food
Keum Seongje puts his food down and starts eating like he didn't try to punch Suho yesterday
Suho was a bit bewildered looking up at Seongje wondering 'why?' and then he sees Seongje's lips they looked cute when Seongje was eating no...what was he thinking had he gone crazy... Then those lips opened
"The fuck you looking at?"
"Just you, why are you sitting infront of me?"
"I'm curious"
"Just...Curiosity?"
Suho asks as he put a few spoon of food in his mouth but he doesn't speak till he swallows
"Well first of all why did you join Ganghak?"
"Just because"
Seongje looks at him his eyes straight up saying "you for real?"
"Well i just wanted a fresh start"
"Fair but a dumb decision.Okay second-"
Suho interrupts Seongje as he raises his hand in front of a sign of saying stop talking Seongje was annoyed but he let it slide since his curiosity was the biggest emotion right now
"You can't just ask 2 question a day"
"What?"
"How about this, you ask 1 question a day I'll answer anything you want"
Suho says smiling since no one was really getting close to him since he transferred even in his class so he decided to get close with Keum Seongje

Seongje takes his tray that was now empty and gets up "Well see you tomorrow newbie's boyfriend"
"It's Suho"
"K...Suho"
Till school ends he didn't catch even a glimpse of Seongje
'Well i guess he is skipping'.
---AFTER SCHOOL
As he was down alley he sees someone fighting 3 vs 1 what a crazy guy he thought until he realizes it was Seongje
Well the fight ended way more quicker than he thought he approached Seongje
"Hey?"
Seongje looks back his lips are cracked as he looked back
"Ah...Watcha doing here?"
"Was just walking home and saw you well..here"
Without warning Suho comes closer and quickly cleans the blood from the cracked lips and puts ointment on it
Seongje was surprised but he didn't move till Suho finished normally he would've pushed him away but surprisingly Suho's touch felt...warm? He didn't know how describe it
Then Suho asked "Wanna go play some game?"
"Sure..."
---TOMORROW LUNCH BREAK---
Just like yesterday Seongje and Suho was sitting in the table near window as they chatted
Seongje asked "Why Ganghak?"
Suho looked up "It's actually closer to my house than Eunjang"
"Tch, shouldve guessed wasted a question for nothing"
Since they went to play in internet cafe Suho noticed some habits of Seongje like how Seongje gets annoyed easily how he clicks his tongue he felt weird because he never noticed such a things about anyone when he was in middle school.
They walked out of school gate together at together for today Suho felt like he progressing in making friends and starting new but seeing them a rumor had spread
'Keum Seongje and new guy are close'
Today they played at arcade it was pretty much new experience for Suho since this arcade had like 100 games that was new i guess a lot of things had changed in just 2 years
Seongje was kind enough teach him the rules and how to play Suho was pretty impressed by how much game Seongje knew
"You suck at this"
"Hey i just started playing an hour ago"
"Exactly a whole hour and you couldn't even beat level 2,How come you're so different from newbie yet get along with him so well"

"That exceeds the question limit"
"Ugh"
---TOMORROW---
Maybe it's because of the rumors or maybe it's because Suho is older by 1 year from his classmates ,they started avoiding him like not answering when asked what the next period id when they had just answered on the first day
He went to the restroom and as he was outside the classroom he heard some whispering
"How did he get involved with THE Keum Seongje"
"I don't know is he now his new lackey?"
"Who knows maybe he is also as crazy as Keum Seongje we just have to stay away from him"
As he heard it Suho opened the classroom's door and brazenly sat down in his seat well he didn't care about the people who refused to get along with him from day one so he just let it slide
He had gotten into a new part time job and had to work in even days so he couldn't go and play with Seongje today he whispered "what a shame"
Thought it hasn't been long it seems he had gotten attached well he was quick to get close with people anyway just like in middle school
---Lunch Time---
"So? Answer the question i asked yesterday"
"Actually we fought at first,we were classmates but we weren't close but he was about cross the limit so as his guardian angel i stopped him just enough save trouble"
"You sure he didn't use any objects on you?"
"Well he threw some pencil case and almost threw a chair at me..."
Hearing that Seongje laughed not the maniac kind just laugh a pretty sweet one at that
"..." Suho gulped...why? Who knows
"I guess that's just newbie's tactics"
"Anyway you busy today?"
"Yeah have some part time job"
"Ah...i guess there is a place who hires dumb people"
"Hey i am a diligent worker!"
Seongje raised one brow "a dumb diligent one"
Seongje took out his phone and asked Suho's number
"Why?"
"Don't wanna? K"
As Seongje was about to put his phone away Suho snatched the phone and put his number in and gave it back
Seongje gave a knowing smirk and that actually made Suho's heart flutter he felt weird...
"I think i am having a heart attack"
"What?"
"..."
Suho stayed quiet as he touched his chest and dramatically pretend to fall
"Idiot"
"..."
---AFTER SCHOOL--
Suho was working at a convenience store one pretty far from his house and school well it's for the better anyway if he were to run into anyone it would feel awkward
As he was placing the stuff on the counter he feels his phone vibrate he quickly finished what he was doing at looked at his phone...Seongje had written him a message how did he know when he didn't have his number? Well just instincts
-Yo dumbie are u at work?

-U ran out of nickname ideas smartie?
Suho chuckled a bit before hitting sent and he went back to doing what he was supposed to do
'I should finish in hurry and text back Seongje' with that thought he went to work but somehow even after he finished placing everything,wiping the window,door,floor,counter and some products, serving many costumers how much? Who knows...
But he still didn't get a reply from Seongje, maybe he is busy...Doing what? Probably not school work...Maybe he is hurt? No he beat up 3 guys bigger than him...Maybe he is ranking up in a game? No he is at the max rank for this season...Maybe he is raiding? No the raid time is usually 6pm...Maybe he just doesn't want to text Suho
Suho suddenly shakes his head what was he thinking he was not the type to overthink at all normally he would just let it slide after all it's normal...yeah...normal
-Next Morning-
Suho went to the rooftop and saw Seongje sitting down relaxed sitting like that white his head against the wall humming some song his hair is fluttering so beautiful in the wind
Suho went over him and blocked the sun
"...The fuck...who?...oh Suho?"
"Why didn't you reply?"
"Huh?"
"Yesterday..."
"Ah...about that sorry i fell sleep and i barely made it to school this morning"
Seongje says almost like a kid making excuse to their mother...it was a new feeling for him no one had asked about his reply like that...he usually don't bother replying since he felt it bothersome but now he just feel guilty...guilty for sleeping guilty for texting first but not replying...and he doesn't know how to handle it...
"Dude why are you tense anyway it's not a big deal right?"
Seongje says trying to shrug off the awkwardness or his guilty feeling but who knows
"Yeah, i was worried you might have died somewhere"
"..."
'Worried...about me?'
Now that's a first for Seongje when he got hurt in a fight his parents only cared about compensating the other...no even when the guy he thought was on the same side didn't ask about him when he literally got tetanus shot...it was something new for him so what will he do? Of course just like in biology when foreign thing enters the body the white cells destroy it ,swallow it or push it away...
"Let's talk later...the bell rang"
"Seongje..."
Seongje got up and walked away no he almost ran away like coward just because he saw something foreign...he felt something in his chest he shouldn't have...and for someone he just met 3 days ago....he must be crazy it's probably puberty...maybe he is just confused after all it's common for teenagers....right...

Suho was left standing on the roof the Seongje who turned around and ran away,
the Seongje whose ears were so red it might have burst, the Seongje that he just met but felt like...something precious...dangerous...Keum Seongje is dangerous...
During class Suho's mind kept drifting to Seongje
'Do people with glasses avoid someone when they face a problem?'
'Is it common for people with glasses?"
'But they're so different way too different...the only thing similar are those round glasses'
He should study hard he promised his grandmother but he just wanted see Seongje maybe it is feeling of wanting to form a special bond...
'Friendship...i want to get close to Seongje'
