Anthony woke up with a single thought in his head, it being that he would not mess up his chance with Coy again. He briefly remembered what happened last night, but he did remember that he promised Coy that he’ll talk to him while sober.
He got ready quickly and looked in the mirror one last time before leaving his room. He wanted to go out and get Coy some of his favourite sweets to slightly help him. But unfortunately for him, Coy was downstairs so he couldn’t go out without seeming suspicious. He went straight to Coy and dragged him to an empty room.
“I’m getting bad deja vu.” Coy joked referring to the night when everything went wrong. “Should I feel scared that you dragged me here?” Coy said after they stopped in an empty room.
“No, I’m just keeping my promise from last night.” Anthony took his hands and continued. “Coy, I really meant what I said last night. Even if I was drunk, everything I said was what I would’ve said sober, just with less confidence.” He said sheepishly.
“I’m sorry that I made you think that I didn’t like you, I was just afraid that you didn’t feel the same, and acted on my actions only while drunk, which was wro-“ he was cut of by a pair of lips touching his own. He immediately kissed Coy back.
“Shut up. I was just being dramatic. It wasn’t your fault.” Coy said after pulling away.
“No! It was! I should have been honest from the first time. I should’ve been with you in bed those times when we slept together, but I was a dummy, too scared to say the truth.” Anthony pecked Coy on the lips. “You are never dramatic.”
“Um, it might be stupid but I wanted to know what are we? Like do we continue being friends?”
“You’re not stupid for asking, but for thinking that I could stay away from you for any longer. Coy, would you be willing to be my boyfriend?”
“Yes! God yes! But what if our friends don’t support? What if our fans don’t support? Isn’t that quite risky?” Anthony just chuckled before responding.
“I’d risk it all for you, I would swim across the sea to show you.” Anthony looked straight into Coy’s eyes. “Sacrifice my life just to hold you.” Coy let out an amused huff, staring back at Anthony with heart shaped eyes.
“You’re being dramatic”
“Maybe, but I could go on and on” Anthony took a moment to create suspense, then put his arms around Coy’s waist. “To prove that you belong here in my arms.” He then leaned in and kissed him.
“Ok,ok I get the point. Let’s go tell our friends then?”
“Mmmm, I’d rather spend a little more time with you.”
“Anthony” said boy immediately followed Coy out the door. They went in the kitchen and found Bon and Will sitting down at the table.
“We have something to tell you guys” Anthony started sensing Coy’s nerves,
“You guys finally got together?” Bon was joking but the wide eyes that were on the guys faces told her that it was actually true. “No! There’s no way! I’m so happy!”
“What? WHAT HAPPENED?!? Why is Bon freaking out?”
“We got together.” Coy filled Will in. His confused face immediately changed into a smile.
“Man, finally! I was starting to think that you two were a lost cause.”
“Okay, I wouldn’t say we were THAT hopeless, were we?” Anthony interrupted. Both Bon and Will gave him a look that basically called him delusional. Even Coy didn’t look convinced.
“Well fuck you guys. I’m going upstairs and I’m taking Coy with me, don’t bother us unless it’s important.” Anthony took Coy’s hand and upstairs they went.
They went in Anthony’s room and just laid down, doomscrolling. Suddenly Coy turned off his phone and kissed Anthony.
“I love you.” Anthony said after the kiss, a bit breathless.
“Damn, was the kiss that good?” Coy chuckled. “I love you too, pretty boy” Anthony blushed and Coy pretended that he didn’t notice. His eyes were getting heavier and heavier, as he started to fall asleep, feeling protected by Anthony’s hands covering him. Anthony took out his phone, snapping a photo of Coy sleeping, before closing his phone as well and going to sleep next to his lover.
