WANNING MOONS POV
Hello my name is Natalie but you can call me nat because I don't go by Natalie anymore, I used to think I was an ordinary kid but that all changed...when the incident happened...
I was about 12 or 11 years old at the time and....I was sitting on the floor watching TV when my parents started arguing, I got scared and my brother who was sitting next to me got up and walked over yelling at my parents to shut the fuck up my dad slapped him in the face, I got scared and ran over to him crying, he looked at me and stood up, "so you wanna go out on a walk"
He told me smiling, I smiled and agreed jumping up with excitement, we went to the mountains next to our small town to walk
We would go on long walks a lot and while we were walking we heard a loud ear aching scream, my brother looked at me,
"stay here okay?...I'll be back in promise!" I did as he told me, but he never came back I went out to go look for him and I found something horrifying,....the dead body of my big brother...I ran home screaming and crying, when I got home my parents were confused "WHERE THE HELL IS YOU BROTHER" my father yelled
I couldn't tell him I just kept crying, my father looked pissed and he smashed the said of my head with a glass bottle, I big scar formed near my mouth I screamed and ran into my room, a few minutes later my mother came in helping me disinfect my scar and she handed me face mask, like the ones that surgeons use, she told me to keep it on at all times so I did, when my sister was born I promised myself I would treat her like my brother treated me, even going as far to let dad beat on me to protect her, every day was the same...
until one day when I was about 14 I was going to the store to get stuff for peanut butter jelly sandwiches and I stubbed across some strange girl...? She was pale with messy golden hair, she looked at me "hello there I don't mean to bother you...but..can you help me with something?" She muttered in a soft shy voice, I've always been the one to help people so I said yes, "well I lost something very important to me a little device it kinda looks like a stopwatch would you be a dear and find it for me??" She exclaimed
I decided I'll help her find it I looked all over the town until I found it lying beside a tree, I was drawn to the device because of how vintage it looked I went to go take it back to them but when I did she smiled at me and gave it to me?.....when I ask why she answered
"well since you helped me you can have it...all you gotta do is press the button that button and it takes you somewhere special, it's life changing really!"
When I asked further she was gone, I decided to just give up and go home, when I got home my dad was yelling at my sister.... AGAIN! I went up to him pushing in between the two of them and looked at my father, "what's your problem, did you drink to much again?" I hollered, not wanting to deal with more of his bullshit as a quickly sent my sister up to her room, putting her to bed and handing her the stuffed bunny she loves so much, I go into my room and look at the device the strange girl gave me, pressing the button, suddenly I popped up in a strange building, I was beyond confused until a girl with long pony tails walked in She got really excited when she saw me, running up to Great me "WHY HELLO THERE....YOU MUST BE THE NEW MEMBER OF OUR ORGANIZATION....SAM MUST HAVE SENT YOU??...IM TAMMY ITS GREAT TO MEET YOU!!!" she cheered in a very energetic voice, I was still incredibly confused....WERE AM I???? She smiled softly and explained , I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU OUR NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR FABULOUS ORGANIZATION, ELITE SYNDICATE OF CRIMINAL HANDLERS E.S.O.C, H FOR SHORT!...YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO BE THE HERO FOR YOUR AMAZING TOWN HEHEHEE, SOO, I'LL TEACH YOU THE STEPS INTO BEING A GREAT HERO!!
