"the end of the world is near." Is what was written in the notebook on Spokes hospital bed's bedside table. to understand why he was in the hospital in the first place, or what could possibly had happened today, lets go back to the very beginning of spokes day...
Today is what Spoke would consider boring. He doesn't have any new exploits to try by himself.
Sure exploiting might be a big thing, considered incredibly dangerous, you could die if you aren't careful enough.. ect. Ect. But for Spoke? Spoke loves exploits! No matter what risks there are, he would keep exploiting anyways!
For Spoke, who doesn't really get the consequences of his own actions, and don't care about his said actions as well, would be way more dangerous than a normal person exploiting.
Is he abusing the said powers of exploits? Definitely... Would he stop anytime soon? Absolutely not. For the third time, he does not care at all! But there are three people that says otherwise.
His best friend, Mapicc, his cousin, Planet, and his brother, JamatoP! They seem to care a lot about Spoke. Usually though, whenever exploiting, Jamato would try his best to accompany his brother, but often fails to, due to being busy. Which eventually leads to Spoke trying way more dangerous exploits on his own!
Though, in Spoke's humble opinion... This exploit might just be the worst he'd done.
Spoke was searching far and wide into the internet for some exploits to try. He's trying to find an interesting exploit that he'd never tried before, but as you guessed... It's REALLY hard, as Spoke had done every popular, dangerous, and any exploit he'd find.
Spoke was about to give up, and call Mapicc until a certain website caught his eye... It featured an exploit that seemed... Dangerous at best, and could break the world at most. The website was definitely not a trusted source but come on! Spoke was soo~ bored. And what could boredom do to one's self? Following an exploit from a non-trusted source.
Well... That was interesting! But expected... Sure, Spoke had risked his life multiple times, burned himself, almost drowned and more due to the exploit! It was the past! Let's move on from it... But as he stared at the product of his exploit he couldn't help but think..
'what the fuck is this shit?'
But as he stared at the carefully exploited item in wonder, he heard the front door opening. He didn't mind, and was about to inspect the notebook further, until he heard fast paced footsteps coming closer and closer to his door.
He hid the notebook to the nearest thing he could insert it in, and looked at the door as two figures barged into his room.
"Spoke!!" The two exclaimed in unison.
"Heyyy guys... What did I do this time?" Spoke raised his hands in surrender.
"Spoke. What did I tell you about using dangerous exploits? Especially on your own!" Jamato was definitely not happy...
"What if you got seriously hurt? What then, Spoke?" And so was Mapicc, apparently..
Spoke really didn't know why they were so mad! It's not like spoke had risked his life, and more for a notebook... Okay... He does understand why Jamato and Mapicc are so mad...
His friends were just worried for him, and he understood that. But the two were so mad he couldn't get away from their lectures! The two lectured him about safety, and exploits and the risks and reasonable stuff... But the main problem is... He cannot go off so easily and experiment with the notebook he got if he was just getting lectured here!
They had a point! He did risk almost everything for a notebook but that isn't the main focus! The focus is that Spoke needs to get out of this certain situation of his to go and see what the contents of the notebook is!
He searched his inventory carefully, taking a look at what he had... And... JACKPOT! An invis potion that lasts for 8 minutes!
"Yeah.... Uh sorry for exploiting alone and everything and uh.. I needa go!!" He drank the invisibility potion quickly, running around trying to loose the eyes on him.
It was easy to loose the two's eyes on him, but he needed to grab the notebook, and of course, Jamato and his smart ass activated the lockdown system!
"Oh, my god!!-" he squeaked out in panic, immediately alerting the two stuck in the same room as he. He ran around eventually loosing his friends eyes on him, but his invisibility potion was running out! He grabbed the notebook silently, and searched his inventory again for some more useful items...
Aha! Chorus... Was he allergic to chorus fruit? Definitely... Would he prefer and allergic reaction and get admitted to the hospital than he can't get to see what his exploited item could do? Absolutely!
He ate quickly, near the door of his room, and as Jamato and Mapicc heard the noises, he definitely alerted them! But he thankfully teleported through the room, and he ate another and successfully leaving the house!
"Spoke!!" They scolded in unison, rushing to the blocked off door, but Spoke had already left! The pair didn't know where Spoke got the chorus but they hurriedly shut off lockdown mode.
He ran further out, until he sat on a bench, reading the contents of the notebook.. the first 6 pages had the phrase "the end is near" repeatedly. And on the final page: "the end of the world is near. Prepare."
"What the fuck.."
Spoke stared at that line carefully, reading it over and over again until he heard Mapicc's frantic voice, and only then he noticed the fact his throat had closed up.
"Spoke!!"
As Spoke heard one more frantic scream from Mapicc, he felt his consciousness start to slip. And the last thing he saw was Mapiccs frantic face.
Mapicc pov.
Mapicc was looking frantically for spoke. That stupid voidling had run off using an item he's deathly allergic to.
But as he saw the voidling, the whole word seemed to freeze for a moment and he was suddenly back at that time. That it was mid night again, during his highschool days, when Spoke had messaged him something that suspiciously looked like a goodbye letter.
He found Spoke on a bench, crying and if looked as if he'd looked forward to bleeding out on that very bench.
"Spoke!" Mapicc didn't know when he snapped out of his thoughts and ran forward. But as Spoke turned around in confusion, he looked as if he started struggling. Mapicc rushed to his side immediately, fumbling slightly with an epi-pen, injecting it into spoke, before jamato arrived with an ambulance.
It has been a while after they admitted Spoke into the hospital, Mapicc and Jamato have calmed down after a while, but started getting hungry, so Jamato suggested Mapicc get food and drinks while Jamato watches Spoke.
But as Mapicc passed through the halls, he saw a particular hospital room with a specific someone in it. Wemmbu? But that wasn't really the surprising part. The surprising part was the coincidence. He once saw this room when Spoke was recovering from a commit. It was Rejoice's hospital room.
Spoke flashbacks
Spoke was helping Rose decorate a Christmas tree, and rose insisted on doing the honors of putting the star topper onto the tree! As much as Spoke tried to convince his sister that it was a bad idea, and is very risky, she didn't budge. And as Spoke expected. She fell....
Spoke rushed to his sister's side
Spoke woke up in cold sweat, but as he saw the ceiling of the hospital, he looked around the room carefully. The notebook was by his bedside, while Jamato was sleeping by his legs. Spoke still felt tired... So he let himself fall back into slumber it isn't like the world would just end so suddenly.
