Geo was visiting the monastery with the other finders, Cole was busy with a mission so he went to find Kai instead.
Cole had told many stories about the ninja but Geo always enjoyed the stories of Kai, however Geo is curious about Kai’s scars.
Cole said that those are stories for Kai to tell.
Geo finds Kai in their room taking off their shirt and noticing Geo in the reflection of his mirror.
Geo blushes a little. “Sorry I didn't mean to-”
Kai turns to Geo. “You're fine babe. What's up?”
“Um. I just wanted to ask you about your scars.” Geo spoke as he walked up to them.
“Oh. Really? Go ahead, I'm fine talking about it.” Kai said, while wiping sweat off themself with a towel.
Geo takes Kai's left hand and kisses their fingers.
“What's up with these burns? Cole said, you're fire resistant.” Geo said.
The tips of Kai’s fingers are dark and there's a large burn wrapping up their arm.
“Those? The ones on my fingers are from when I was a teenager and learning to control my powers, I didn't have fire resistance until I got my true potential. Can’t feel much with them.” Kai said.
Kai flips his hand over to show the large burn that wraps up the palm of his hand, up his forearm and just stopping on their bicep.
“This big one is from when the Onis invaded. The fog grabbed me there and instead of freezing, it burned the shit out of me. To this day these are the only burns I have.” Kai looks at Geo.
Geo looks at Kai's right hand. Geo of course sees the cuts on Kai's arms he doesn't ask but sees a line of four dots.
“What happened to your right, on the top?” Geo said.
Kai looks at his right. “Ugh. Jay, dumb ass stabbed me with a fork trying to get a meatball.”
Geo sinkers. “Really? And it scared? That's embarrassing.”
Kai huffs and crosses his arms.
“What about this one?” Geo asked, cupping Kai left check and rubbing the scar above their eye.
Kai blushes. “Got it from protecting the others when all of us were younger.”
Geo gently pressed a kiss there.
Geo looks over Kai looking at other scars.
Of course the missing eye, there's surgical scars covered by centipede tattoos on their chest, stab scars, a strangely symmetrical scar on their strum, little nicks on their face, a nasty bite scar with some kind of burn on their shoulder.
‘Gosh Kai has so many tattoos.’ Geo thought to himself.
“What happened with the cuts on your ears?” Geo rubbed Kai’s left ear.
“learned the hard way why you shouldn't wear earrings in battle.” Kai said, purring softly.
“Hang on.” Kai sits down on his bed and pats the bed to invite Geo to sit with him.
Kai pulled up their shorts to show more cut scars on his inner thighs.
Geo looks Kai in the eye.
Kai simply smiles at him.
“The ones on my thighs are newer than the ones on my arms. Cole and now you are the only people who know about the ones on my legs.” Kai spoke calmly.
Geo puts a hand on Kai’s thigh.
“Why did you show me?”
Kai wraps his arm around Geo. “Well you and Cole are my partners. Of course you get to know every inch of my body.” Kai winked.
Geo squeezes Kai’s thigh, blushing. “Don't tempt me, I'm trying to be sweet, and I know you just finished training, you're sweaty.”
“You can come shower with me~.” Kai said flirting.
Geo scoffed. “You're lucky you're cute.” Geo kisses Kai on the cheek.
Kai kisses Geo on the lips and the two start making out when.
“I'm I interrupting something?”
Geo and Kai look over to the still open door at Cole.
“Honey pie!” Kai gets up to hug and kiss Cole.
Geo gets up to kiss Cole on the cheek. “Hi chocolate chip.”
Cole wraps his arms around Kai and Geo. “Hey babes.”
“I thought you were going to be gone for another day?” Kai said.
“The mission was faster than I expected.” Cole sniffs Kai. “You're stinky.”
“Well me and Kai were going to take a shower together, would you like to join us? I'm sure you need to.” Geo winked.
Cole blushes and nods.
Kai and Geo drag Cole off to the bathroom giggling.
