Josuke knocks on Rohan's door, which is really Koichi's, since Rohan doesn't have a house, and exclaims "Do you know what's going on?"
Confused, he replies, "Well, I obviously don't. And it doesn't seem to be the end of the world so leave me alone."
Rohan began to close his door as Josuke grabs the handle, "Something's wrong with Stands! I can't summon Crazy Diamond,"
"And this has anything to do with me?"
"You have a Stand! You would be freaking out too if Heaven's Door went and disappeared one day." They both stood in silence for a second. "It's been replaced with like... A placeholder Stand, you gotta help me!"
"Josuke, if this is another 'prank' you're not gonna live to see the next day," Rohan grumbled.
"I promise!"
Earlier, Josuke and Okuyasu walked out of Tonio's on a late afternoon together after a quiet day, almost too quiet for Morioh. A figure was following them as they walked home, a woman. She had a long dark purple wolfcut with teal streaks. She wore a magenta undershirt with a teal shirt over it. Her jeans were ripped, and she certainly wasn't from Morioh. "Do you know her?" Okuyasu not so quietly whispered to Josuke.
"Never seen a chick like that in Morioh before," he replied.
"Hello, boys! I just moved here to this strange town because of all the rumors that have been floating around," She startled both Josuke and Okuyasu. "I also came here to show this town how to experience true friendship for the first time."
"Uh, what," Josuke asked.
She laughed, "The best way to achieve a true friendship is to become equal! We have no judgements when equal, everyone was confused at first as well. Blinded by the false promise of a spirit,"
"Wait- is she talking about Stands?" Josuke began getting worried.
"Whoah whoah whoah, do we mean equal in money? I could use more change-" Okuyasu started as the woman interrupted him.
"No! It's nothing about money! It's about making friends equal-creating true friendship," the woman began getting annoyed. "Let me show you how to make a true friendship,"
"Wait! What even is your name!?" Josuke yelled.
"Oh, my name? My name is Starlight Glimmer. And what are your names?"
"I'm Josuke, and that idiot is Okuyasu," Josuke pointed at Okuyasu, who was only halfway into the conversation anyway.
"Oi, Josuke! I'm not that dumb!" Before they could start arguing, Starlight interrupted them again.
"Equality is THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect of a friendship! The best way to remove the uninvited individuality is to remove the spirit manifestation!" Starlight grabbed Josuke's arm, essentially taking his stand.
