The Kingdom of Beaumont is known throughout the Nine Kingdoms as a land of learning, diplomacy, and beauty. Ruled by Queen Belle and King Adam, its rose-covered castles and grand libraries stand as symbols of peace in a world that believes the age of magic has long since passed.
For Crown Prince Benjamin Villeneuve, life is a careful balance of royal duty and preparing for the throne. His younger sister, Princess Rosabella Villeneuve, would rather spend her days uncovering forgotten stories than attending endless court functions. Together, they believe they know every secret their kingdom holds.
They are wrong.
Far beyond Beaumont's borders, a young enchantress named Seraphine Aubépine is forced to flee when a mysterious nobleman hunts her across the countryside. The hunter appears to be Éloi de Valcendre, a respected lord known for tracking dangerous magical threats. But unknown to the world, darker forces are at work behind the scenes.
When Seraphine arrives in Beaumont seeking sanctuary, strange events begin unfolding throughout the kingdom. Enchanted relics awaken, long-forgotten records disappear from the royal archives, and whispers spread of magical bloodlines being hunted across the continent.
