Inside her makeshift laboratory, which is nothing more than an old trailer in the backyard of her family home in Australia, Tracey McBean a young 14 year old girl is busy at work. She’s a genius redhead with short hair and wears glasses, who builds her own homemade gadgets. She’s quirkless but she doesn’t care as she makes it up with her brains. Which is why she’s looking at the strange glowing cube in front of her. (1)
The cube is about the size of a basketball, that glowed a strange bluish glow. Tracey has been testing it, so far she figured out that it radiates energy. Touching the cube is caused it to glow brightly, which only works for Tracey as when the rest of her family had touched it, got nothing. Which testing it with others also got nothing, but all the people who touched it all have quirks.
“You just found it in the outback?” Tracey asks looking upwards to her much taller cousin, who is the daughter of her mom’s sister.
Jasmine Bart, a tall girl from the Australian outback of Australian Aboriginal descent from her father’s side whose expertise in wilderness survival comes naturally to her. While her imposing height tends to intimidate others, Jasmine is nothing but a kind and caring soul with strong leadership skills and a sisterly attitude. She is also quirkless like Tracey.
“I was kind of… drawn to it for some reason,” Jasmine said.
“And how long has it been glowing?” Tracey asks.
“Since yesterday since I found it,” Jasmine said.
“Well so far it glows and produces light, but other then whenever you and me touch it causing it to glow brighter,” Tracey said as she touches the cube and joined by Jasmine. Causing it to glow even brighter. “It does nothing else. But it does seem that because we don’t have a quirk, it only reacts like that to us.”
“The cube does have a salty smell, like the last time I was at the beach,” Jasmine said as the town that they live in, is far from the sea.
“It does give off that smell,” Tracey said.
A knock at the trailer door alerted them.
“Tracey, Jasmine are you two friends with… an all female group who are LARPers, who pretend to be shipgirls who are reborn from war world 1 and 2 warships. They have turrets and ship parts on them. And that you two are their princesses of the royal house of Tudor. As apparently our family on our mom’s side are descendants of a bastard child of Henry VIII. And because you two are quirkless which allows you two to use magic. By touching the cube you two have summon them and it took them so long to reach here as they appeared at sea and had to walk all the way here. Then there's how they're dress as a large number of them are wearing dresses and outfits that aren't navy or military style, with most revealing way too much skin. Not to mention a large number of them are dress as maids, with the older ones wearing fetish maid outfits. Which they said it’s because their clothes are swimsuits as they are shipgirls and spend their time out at sea?” Gordon, Tracey’s brother asks from outside the door.
Both girls look at each other and answered together. “No.”
“Well there’s a big group of women standing in front of the house, saying that they have come to serve you two. And the flagship HMS Victory is with me. Which the ship in England has vanished along with other old ships,” Gordon said.
Opening the door the two girls saw Gordon with a woman with greying black hair, and wearing the uniform of a Royal Navy officer from the late 1700's. She’s flying the Union Jack flag from rigging that she wore. Her cannons are the old fashion cannons that fires cannonballs and the rigging is made out of wood. On her back she has a mast with raised sails on it.
“Greetings my princesses, we of the Royal Navy have come to serve once again,” Victory greeted the two stunned cousins.

Across the world similar things happen where someone who is quirkless found a glowing cube that became known as a Wisdom Cube. Which once touched by someone of royal blood, and is quirkless, meaning that they’re able to use magic. The Wisdom Cube acted as a lighthouse to summon shipgirls of the country that the royal blood came from, all serving and following the orders from the ones who awaken them. The Royal Navy shipgirls only followed orders from Tracey and Jasmine.
The British government after learning what happen to the museum ships and HMS Victory who still served as the flagship of the First Sea Lord the head of His Majesty's Naval Service. Tried to get the shipgirls to come back, after they showed off their shipgirl abilities. Which was learned from the experiments done by Tracey to learned about their abilities.
They are able to eat entire trees to fuel their boilers and to resupply themselves. Anything that they eat they can convert into something that can be found on their ship bodies, they can eat metal and other things that no organic being or without a quirk that allowed them to do so, could eat to help restore themselves faster. They do like eating real food for the taste. The food stores of the fleet which could be taken out to feed others, can be restocked by eating enough materials to create more, like how the others can also do the same for their ammo.
The shipgirls are one woman armies, able to survive anything that an armored warship can. They can summon their rigs which are the weapons they have on their ship bodies, that while small in their human form still packs the same power as the full size ones. They are also have magical abilities from firing blasts of energy to summoning things like fairy like beings to attack. Also when they use their rigs they hover over the ground and can travel much faster then by walking, but they also use more fuel than they would by walking. The aircraft carrier shipgirls are able to fully fly in the air, the submarine shipgirls can operate underwater, weeks at a time as they don’t need air.
The shipgirls are super strong depending on what type of ship they are, with the battleship class being the strongest, at All Might level. With them having been built from the ground up to be war machines compared to flesh and blood strong quirk users. And with them being world war battleships they’re also armored to be able to take being hit by 500 pound shells, which very few quirks could do the same. Making the shipgirls bulletproof to anything that can’t damage armor planting.
The shipgirls are also able to transform to their original warship bodies, becoming full size warships wherever they transformed. When they use their real warship bodies and are crewed by copies of themselves, who are alot weaker at human level, but are still veteran soldiers, armed with military equipment and weapons.
Tracey also learned that they can regenerate any lost parts of themselves by eating enough, like when one shipgirl Hood, took off her heavy machine guns from her ships body and mount them on Victory’s ship body, to give her more firepower to her black powder cannons. After eating enough, Hood was able to replace the machine guns with new ones. And now Victory’s rig is now more than the old cannons that she carries but also several machine guns, from harness on her sides like the others have.
The British government rolled out the red carpet to win both Jasmine and Tracey over. Tracey still underage was given lots of scholarships for her future. Jasmine on the other hand was given a full scholarship at an elite military academy in England. As the British government wants her to be in the navy to be able to oversee the shipgirls in a command position in the navy ranking. Victory who has taken charge of the Royal Navy shipgirls, said that she and the others are willing to follow orders from command but they will only obey if either Tracey or Jasmine gives it.
Which is why the British government is fast tracking Jasmine into the navy and become an officer in the navy to avoid conflict. Thanks to the shipgirls, the navy force of the British navy and the other nations own navy force in the commonwealth has become a forced feared by pirates and villains. For few villains are able to take on a shipgirl, especially as they just respond to being attacked, with deadly force by naval cannon fire. And even when a shipgirl is destroyed, they can be rebuilt.
For awhile England and the rest of the commonwealth, rose in global power. Till more Wisdom Cube began to appear and more fleets of shipgirls began to appear.

U.S.A. -
The Eagle Union shipgirls appeared on the East coast having been summoned a young girl named Sunset Shimmer who claims she’s a magical anthro unicorn from a magical world. According to the shipgirls, she’s descended from Joshua Abraham Norton who proclaimed himself as emperor of the United States in the 1800’s. Which explains a lot.
The Dragon Empery shipgirls appeared on the West coast where a young Chinese American girl, Jade Chan was the one who summon the shipgirls. She isn’t related to any of the old royal houses of China. The reason the Chinese shipgirls follow her, is because the Imperial Jade Seal she had found and brought at a pawn shop, turned out to be the original Imperial Jade Sea that was lost centuries ago. Making Jade the new empress of China in the eyes of the shipgirls.

The Northern Parliament shipgirls were summoned by a young girl named Vera, who is descend from the old royal family who fled from Russia during the time of the Soviets, to Iceland.

The Ironblood shipgirls were summoned by a teenager named Renate, better known as Renaade, is a feisty and tomboyish young girl who lives with her grandfather in Hamburg. She is descend from the old royal family.

The Sardegna Empire shipgirls were summoned by a young woman named Roxy who is descend of the old royal family on her father’s side. Unknown to many she is actually half fairy with her mother being the queen of the fairies of Earth.

The two fleets the Iris Libre and the Vichya Dominion shipgirls all tried to get Chloe Bourgeois who descends from the royal family before the French revolution to only accept them alone and send the other fleet back to the sea. Chloe who had summon both fleets just put her foot down and started giving them orders and the shipgirls fell into line.

Japan -
The government of Japan is in damage control after the Sakura Empire shipgirls were summoned. With the increase of global power the other nations gain from the summoning of the shipgirl fleets, they prepared for their own fleet of shipgirls to be summon. The members of the royal family from every house and clan that are quirkless have been documented to be called upon once a wisdom cube is found. As going with what happen with the other fleets, to summon them the person has to be quirkless, be of royalty or have something that makes them royalty or close enough.
What they didn’t plan on is that the one who summoned the Sakura Empire fleet, is from a minor clan that fell centuries ago and wasn’t documented. Who tried to get into UA and while getting the points needed to get in, wasn’t allowed to get into the hero course because he doesn’t have a quirk. And while combing the beach, found a wisdom cube and summoned the Sakura Empire fleet.
“Izuku Midoriya has made it known that he has nothing here in his homeland that makes him have any sense of loyalty to stay. Because of he was treated being quirkless, he doesn’t see any reason why he should stay and serve a nation that only sees value in him only when we need him more than he needs us,” the prime minister of Japan said to the government heads and the head of the hero commission of Japan.
“My agents have been trying to speak with him but he and his mother are onboard Yamato in her ship mode and the shipgirls are making sure no one gets onboard,” the head of the hero commission said.
“We can’t afford him raving for another country. We lose both our standing and power with losing the fleet. I want something that we can offer him before some other country gets to him first,” the prime minister said.
