It was first time you had ever stayed the night at Levis house.
It was early morning and you were laying in the corner of his large white couch, your eyes glued to the TV, some generic rom com playing. He walked into the living room with a cup of tea and sat down on the other end.
"You watching this crap again?"
he asked blankly, eyeing the TV as if it killed his family.
"So? i need my daily dose of…" you read the title. "What women want. Wow okay maybe it is crap." you laughed as you exited the show, scrolling through the library before landing on family guy.
"And this is supposedly better."
he deadpanned as he looked at you.
"what- you have never watched family guy?" you gasped, mouth open wide.
"Who has?"
"Like everyone? Are you kidding me?"
"Do I ever joke about that sort of thing?"
"I just don't believe it. How is this even possible."
Sitting up as you continued, knowing you were annoying him.
He pinched the bridge of his nose.
"And what is it about then?”
As soon as the words left his mouth he regretted it.
you began explaining enthusiastically, gesturing with your hands.
"Okay so its about this family, the dad is called Peter. He is really stupid, the mom Lois is a total bitch, there is a talking baby and dog-"
"sounds pointless."
"let me finish!" you laughed and shoved his shoulder. "The baby- Stewie is a genius and the dog Brian is an alcoholic. Then there is Meg- everyone hates Meg. They also have a son- Chris. He is really stupid aswell and is practically addicted to masturbating."
you rambled on, gasping for breath when you were done.
Levi was silent for a few seconds, processing this information, eyebrows knitted together.
"..what." He said blankly, barely believing what he was hearing.
You burst out laughing, tipping sideways, head landing on his lap. His hands automatically finding your scalp, slowly combing through your hair. He looked down at your face and smiled slightly, his eyes soft in a way you only ever saw when he was alone with you, looking at you with so much love and care.
He looked back at the television and took the controller out of your hand, pressing play on the pilot episode.
You rolled over to face the tv with your head still on his lap, his hands idly running through your hair.
After about half of the episode you began to feel your eyelids grow heavy, his fingers now making soothing circles on your scalp.
You don't know when but your eyes closed and you fell asleep, Levi continuing to massage your scalp.
He looked down at you and noticed you were asleep and smiled to himself, he stopped massaging your scalp and just sat there until you eventually decided to wake up.
