Summary:

New York City has its share of vigilantes, mutants, and monsters — but none of them crackle with living lightning and tear through the sky at supersonic speed. You're not from this world. You're not even from this species. You're a Skrill: sleek, storm-wrapped, and about as domesticated as a thunderbolt. Spider-Man thought his life was complicated before a highly territorial, lightning-powered dragon decided his rooftop was the perfect nesting spot. Now he's got a reptilian roommate who doesn't understand personal space, attracts every villain within a fifty-mile radius, and may or may not be slowly becoming his most dangerous ally. The Osborns want you. SHIELD wants you. And you? You just want somewhere dry to sleep during a storm. Things are about to get shocking.

Alright, listen up — before we dive in, there's a few things you need to know.

 

⚠️ Violence & Gore: This is Spider-Man, but it's also a dragon. Expect claw marks, scorch marks, lightning strikes that leave actual burn wounds, and fight scenes that don't hold back. Characters get hurt. Sometimes badly.

 

⚠️ Reader Is Not Human: You're a Skrill. You can't speak English, you don't have hands, and you will not be doing normal human things. Your perspective is animalistic — instincts, senses, and body language first. If that's not your vibe, this ain't your fic.

 

⚠️ Canon Divergence: This is Ultimate Spider-Man (2012 cartoon), but I'm bending it like a pretzel. Timeline? Loosely followed. Characterizations? Respected, but adapted. Don't come at me with a wiki.

 

⚠️ Potential Character Death: I haven't fully decided yet, but the possibility is open. Keep that in mind.

 

⚠️ Slow-Burn Everything: Slow-burn trust, slow-burn bonding, slow-burn "will they won't they figure out what this dragon even is." Patience required.
