Chapter Text
Guns loaded, Bike full of petrol. Perfect.
Shion placed the guns in their holsters at her waist, and sat with prominence on her motor-bike.
It was a peaceful night in the Neon streets of Tokyo. Too peaceful. And thanks to her, that was all about to change.
The bike’s engine was started and Shion rode it swiftly to the trains to disrupt an Overwatch attempt at sending supplies to the Yokai. And fortunately for her, the supply crates weren’t unattended. This was going to be even more fun for her in that case.
The Yokai had been a thorn in the Hashimoto’s side for far too long. While simply preventing supplies from reaching them wasn’t as apt a reaction as Shion would have liked, if it was any solace, at the very least she might be able to fully set an example to them about what lies for them if they continue to stay in her way.
Hearing the rev of the bike, the Overwatch agents turned to shoot at her but it didn’t do much as the noise from the bike before served as a warning. A warning that the bike would be thrown at them. They went down without issue. Humans were always weak like that. Shion was almost disappointed, it was too easy.
Too easy… An ambush waiting to happen. She cautiously checked behind her, eyes scanning for any signs of life.
“I thought Overwatch would send a challenge,” She spoke aloud to herself, kicking back down one agent that managed to get up, futilely attempting to reach for his gun.
Go ahead, take the bait. You know you want to.
Like moths to a flame, a few other agents came in. They were higher agents, Shion could tell by their superior weapons to the agents she had just taken down; One of them seemingly had a healing staff, another used some kind of fan as a weapon.
“Backup? This should be quick,” Shion goaded, almost daring them to try and fight her. Of course, neither was going to back down.
The guns were reloaded and ready for action. Bullets found their way into the arms, legs or even the torso of some of them.
She managed to hold them off for some time, dodging bullets and other weapons seamlessly. There was one hit she didn't see however, one from behind, unexpected.
Shion fell to the ground. It didn't even hurt but the hit was forceful. Before she could even get up, she found the agents restraining her.
A few kicks, attempts at shots from her gun; they got some to back off, but they would in turn be replaced by others. Their grip on Shion was as hard as steel, which was ironic since she was the only omnic here.
Where would they even be taking her?
No matter, wherever Overwatch could take her, she had always been somewhere worse. Nothing could compare to the Hashimoto cells. Trapped in or in charge of, either was a poison that intoxicated its residents.
