Chapter Text
i ran through the woods as fast as i could, my long pyjama dress breezing in the wind, and my feet getting stabbed by nettles and sticks.
nobody could see me running away that night, they were all sleeping and i finally took my chance to get out of there.
i didnt know where i was going, i just wanted out. i hadn’t felt a real emotion in what feels like forever, well,, i guess expressed an emotion.
i just, wanted to feel something, i guess.
after i had been running for god knows how long, i reached a cabin, nobody was in it.
i found a door, opening it i found a blank white void. stupidly, i walked in.
the door had disappeared behind me.
i could feel cold water on my feet, my dress was getting wet at the bottom,
i ran, and ran. until i bumped into a tall black figure, seemingly having no eyes but great hearing and sense of surroundings.
i ran back the other way, fear coursing through my veins,,, until it finally got to me, that is.
the next thing i know im in some odd land,
colours that are bright but also desaturated.
fluorescent lighting fills my vision, i see a dark figure, i jump, thinking it’s another monster.
“im so sorry! i didnt mean to startle you!” i look up, its a teenage girl, long dark straight hair, with a red cami top and black denim shorts along with some fishnets and converse.
“i,, where am i?,,” the girl walks over to me and crouches down. “uhh,, somewhere? there isnt really a sign, so thats what i call it.”
“oh! uhh,, okay??” i reply back.
carnival music fills what looks like a supermarket. “cmon, theyre coming”
she grabs my hand and we both run out the supermarket.
