Miss starlys hotel for peculiar demons.

Summary:

A hotel sits in a certain loop somewhere in a mostly unknown part of peculiardom. But what resides in that loop and the loops around it is even more strange. Whether that be from the antics of the peculiars and yymbrynes alike or the dastardly deeds of the hollows.

Omg this has genuinely taken me so long to write for absolutely no reason other than I did all the world building and tweaks to how I was gonna combine the two in my head and refused to write it down until now.

Ive only just finished hollow city of mphfpc(sad ik, It takes ages for my waterstones I get them from to have them)

Also it is HOT
British summer is NOT for the weak and its not even july yet

Honestly expect chapters to be really randomly posted since I have no clue how im gonna start this all off

Also ignore how it went from an actual handbook style to just bland facts(you can probably tell where I started writing it again after 4 months)

Welcome reader! In this charming little handbook you'll find.
​information on ymbryne and demiymbryne
​a stern and cautionary warning on excorsists, or as we call them hollowgasts and wights in all their vileness
​a short explanation on all things peculiar

Now that thats out of the way. Onto the show!

1. Ymbryne & demiymbryne
Ymbryne are powerful induviduals(not only women!) Who can 1, create loops to comfortably house any peculiars who they may take under their wing and 2, take that wing literally and transform into a bird at will -just don't stay like that to long!-
Demiymbryne are those, trained like the ymbrynes but who find themselves only maintaining prexisting loops alongside a fully fledged ymbryne.
Each ymbryne or demiymbryne(replacing the role of overlord with a few exceptions) houses a certain amount of peculairs in a loop. These ymbrynes and demiymbrynes form a council of sorts within that particular circle.
For groups that have multiple overlords e.g The Vees. One will be a ymbryne and the others will be demi ymbrynes (so vox would be the ymbryne and velvette and valentino would be demiymbrynes.)

2. World
This is still set in a Hell like setting but its not Hell in this au. So instead, characters retain their canonical sinner forms just for simplicity, exceot their not necessarily humans who had died just their current sinner forms. This means the backstories we know of will stead be amde out as if they happened before the character entered a loop. And instead of possessing powers according to their ranking. They all have a peculiar ability which should (i hope) relate to there character as much as possible.

3. Peculiars
Peculiars can be any age but where children are the majority in most loops. These particular set of loops are dominated by mature peculiars. Those who had taken longer to be taken into the world of peculiarity...or longer to convince.

4.hollowgasts and wights
In this world. The excorcists(severely decreased in number from canon) Will instead of acting as a heavenly force. Will take the place of hollows and wights. Obviously some changes have to occur for the excorsists that will be hollows so expect the original hollowgasts design to be very similar but otherwise, the wights will be very similar to the current excorsists in hazbin canon.
