A doll of brightly colored red curly hair, swung her axe over her shoulder, dusting her top off from the debris of her battle with bandits. Sighing, glanced over her shoulder, to see the Princess, pick up her skirt, keeping it safe from getting dirtier.
Ragatha offered her arm, the Candy princess eyes glued to the scar ridden muscles, weaving her hands, giving a small squeeze, her face flushing a lively shade of shined apples.
“Allow me to escort you back, Princess.” Says Ragatha gently, patting Loolilalu hand, the callous on her fingers, Loolilalu covers her face with her fan, eyeing the bright smile of the warrior before her.
‘My, how radiant.’ Thought Princess Loolilalu, nearly tripping over her petticoat, her cheeks flamed in embarrassment at the stumble.
Ragatha wrapped a firm arm on the princess’ back, guiding her closer, she could smell a small hint of freshly cut sunflowers on her, leaning close, almost toppled over, Ragatha caught her by the waist, Loolilalu felt butterflies bloom in her stomach, coughing into her fist, murmured an apology.
Ragatha shook her head, did a quick once over of the princess, carefully placing her arm loosely around her waist, picked her up, her other arm under her dress, so she won't flash an unexpected person. Princess Loolilalu yelped ungracefully, her face burning brighter, as steam came from her face, averting her gaze.
Ragatha smiled apologetic to the Princess, making sure to cradle her close to her chest, and started descending to the castle.
Each step felt like a lifetime, being held in arms, bitten by battle, seen through hardship, she particularly wanted to touch the doll's hair that bounced whenever she moved, her attire swishing against her thighs as she took steady steps up the stairs. The daydream was short-lived, as Ragatha set her down, on a nearby chair. Her finger dancing along the collarbone of the princess, her expression unreadable.
“I hope I wasn't too rough in carrying you, Princess. I apologize, if I was.” States Ragatha calmly, her insides screaming.
Princess Loolilalu waved it off, her cheeks burned. “No, no. It was alright. Thank you for saving me. Says quickly, cursing herself inwardly. “Perhaps, I could give my savior a reward for the trouble.”
Ragatha mouth turns sly, fluttering her lashes, crowds the princess space. “Of course. I shall take my reward now.” She leaned down, her chest millimeters from the princess face, kissed her forehead, to her cheeks, whispering sweet words, thick as syrup.
Her head spun, her face getting hotter, trying to avoid wanting to say something highly inappropriate, noticing the twinkle in Ragatha's eyes.
