Alastor lie on his stomach in bed, his hand rapped around his pillow, and his face buried deep into the fluff, with only his closed eyes showing. Sun shone from his window and glistened off his bright red (and quite frankly, mangled) hair, making it shimmer in the soft light.
For once in a long while, Alastor was sleeping in. He normally got ready at about six in the morning so he'd be up and out of bed before the shenanigans of the day began. There was a conspiracy that he didn't sleep at all, but of course he did! He was still normal a sinner after all.
But besides all of that, he had a long day the day before, so he decided to treat himself to some sleep, some well deserved sleep if he does say so him-
"FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!"
"WHAT?! IT WASN'T MY FAULT!!"
Anddd there it was. His wake up call.
Alastor's eyes reluctantly opened as the crashing on the floor below him continued. He rolled over in bed and squinted his eyes at the clock on the wall oposite to him. It was...
"11:30?!" He said aloud, as he sat up in bed. How on Earth did he manage to sleep that long?! He groaned and threw off his covers, trudging over to his bare dresser that was to the right of the clock. Lucifer's sat directly next to it, almost the opposite shade of brown, and decked out with stickers and trinkets, top to bottom.
After about a minute of rushing around, Alastor was ready, and he looked at himself in the hanging mirror on the wall for a moment. He then realized just how absolutely gnarled his hair looked. He sighed and rolled his eyes, walking over and yanking open a drawer of his nightstand. He pulled out a simple black brush and began pulling it through his hair back in front of the mirror.
When he was done, he sighed again and put the brush back. Now looking at his much-less-tangled hair, Alastor thought about how Lucifer told him he should "take better care of it".
Psh, yeah right. Like that would do anything to fix the awful bob Hell had given him.
As he heard another crash downstairs, he spawned in his staff, and began towards the door. Boy oh boy, was this going to be another day...
