He had been out and about for a month now. Deku had decided to leave UA after the battle with Shigaraki, The League, Nomu, and Gigantomachia had ended the way it did. Shigaraki and gang was still hiding away for now, and the heros were a mess. Some were resigning, and Endeavor had so much to explain to the public because of the video- Toya had broadcasted. With the situation in its current state. Deku had no choice but to take the target he had on his back and leave.
Deku had been relentlessly fighting villians in the street now, he was still being followed by Pro Heros like All Might and Best Jeanist. But he was doing things Solo now. He had been saying he wasnt tired for days and rejecting food. He couldnt even go home to his mother. These were things he wasnt thinking about in the current moment. Untill one rainy night when Deku was stopped on a building by Endeavor.
"What are you doing here? Its best nobody sees you or any of the others around me." Deku said
"All Might says you arent taking care of yourself. He promised your mother he would protect you. This is a dangerous plan that might be working in your favor now but could take a turn for the worst. You should atleast get rest before you drop out here." Endeavor replied with a voice he tried to keep Monotone.
"I need to stay away from everyone." Deku turned his back, getting ready to leave
"You could die out here. I have already made many mistakes in my life by now, much that I have to atone for. The last thing I need is another falling on my watch. You are a friend of my son, he would be so upset to find out how you have been treating yourself. Im not going to beg you, but atleast think about them." Endeavor replied with some restraint from his collapsed lung. He was still healing some from the horrible battle that had conspired earlier.
Deku said nothing in reply and left. Endeavor didnt follow.
The next day, the class of 1-A had a surpise on their doorstep, it was deku, still in his tattered hero uniform that looked more villanous than ever. Kaminari had answered the door and his eyes lit up the moment he saw Deku. Within minutes, the other students were in the living room, all rejoicing and saying different things.
"Deku! Im so glad your back! And your okay! Dont ever disappear on us like that again.. on me like that.." Ochako had tears stinging her eyes as she hugged him tight.
It only took one comment to totally ruin the moment.
"Whats that smell?" Mineta had said, they all just realized that there even was a smell and quickly figured out what the problem is.
"I know a great way to welcome you back, Deku!" Bakugo said, louder than usual. Before you know it. They had gone outside just for Bakugo to throw Deku into the lake immediately. He sighed and began to laugh and then they all laughed.
