Equius realized his unfortunate inability of physical interaction at a very young age
At just 3 sweeps, the young trolls lusus, aurthour, had ventured out to run errands, leaving equius unsupervised at the hive. It was rare that he'd get himself into trouble or wander off too far over the lawn ring, so naturally, little Equius was allowed outside.
Today, the blueblood walked Aurthour out, wishing him goodbye in the strangely formal manner he'd always held ever since he had been taught to speak, deciding to do some casual training, or, "e%cercise" as he would've called it. Books about the greatest blue blooded trolls of Alternia that he often found himself admiring would be depicted with STRONG physiques. Naturally, Equius wished to possess figures alike to theirs. So, he made an effort to build himself one, not of steel, no, no, not one of those machines he's oh, so terrible at constructing (though he'd get better), he built himself with only the strictest diet (milk and absolute junk), and the most extreme workout routine (only push-ups).
"D--> Goodbye, Aurthour, I wish you an easy journey." His little stern voice orated out, bowing his head as the centaur lusus patted Equius's noggin inbetween the currently intact horns on his head, granting a soft smile before trotting off into the distance.
Equius dropped to the concrete as Aurthour was no longer in sight, beginning his workout. Counting down from 100, he broke out in a sweat almost instantly, he wasn't struggling, though, he'd always just been particularly...moist boy.
Just as he reached halfway, he ceased the activity at the sound of rustling in the tall grasses at the far end of the lawn ring. Equius tilted his head in confusion, pushing his dark shades back up his nose bridge as he turned to face the source of the noise. A small, black meowbeast peeked out of the overgrowth, cautiously stepping into view. The little thing looked pretty young, with little to no fear of the blue blood, it approached him with intrigue, perhaps seeking out nourishment. The poor kitten was so skinny! Equius felt a strange guilt in his gut as he watched the meowbeast approach, crawling over to the critter, he spoke,
"D--> You pitiful creature, you appear to be in dire need of nourishment, I will provide you milk, do not worry" The wriggler crookedly smiled at the kitten, who was presently rubbing its face against his leg, purring. This was an unfamiliar feeling for equius, it struck oddly parental feelings inside him, he wanted to try his best to care for it. Softly reaching a gloved hand out to pet it, and—

The boy's blood pusher picked up speed instantly, flinching at the scene he had just caused. The poor kittens head had been popped like a grape in Equius's STRONG grasp! Indigo-tinted tears pricked his sensitive eyes as he clammored closer to the remains in a panic.
"D--> I, I did not mean to, I am sorry, m, m, my strength, I,I didn't, I—" Shaking with guilt, the young boy repeated the anxious custom he had of wiping his face, usually to clear sweat and tears, this only worsened the issue, olive blood and brain matter smearing across his dripping face from the action. His chest heaved rapidly in an inconsistent pattern. All equius desired in the moment was to hide, to reverse his sin, to take back the kindness that made him attempt to satisfy the being with pets. Both his nerves and emotions attacked him as he buried himself inside his palms, awaiting the dreaded inevitability of his lusus finding him in this state. Torn up in tears, laying in the grass, covered in another fiend's innards. He'd tell him how much of a monster he was for this, how he's nothing but a void all beautiful things collapse into. He expects this, and it's all the reason he needs to run away and allow himself to disappear.
"D--> I, I'm, sorryy, ppl ease, I,I,dontwant to hurt anyone, Im s, sorry" Continuing to sob and hide himself, Equius lays with the carcass, wishing for the overgrowth which once hid a bright, young creature to swallow him whole, so he'd never be allowed to wound another being again. He lays and awaits confrontation. He lays idle and empty.
He distructs like a void
