Jude was walking back to his base after another successful trap. He had just won a surprise attack against Tai, Noob Dolphin where he had managed to lure them in a trap, earning him the win. He was now glowing in the aftermath of his victory when his communicator buzzed.
Parker whispers to you: Dude what the hell did you do to Tai???
You whisper to Parker: Hello to you too, I only trapped him
Parker whispers to you: Bro hes at our base yelling bout how hes gonna kill you
You whisper to Parker: 1 sec im coming to base
Huh? What the hell is Tai's problem? Getting so worked up over a trap kill. Something that happens everyday. Jude made his way back to his base, entering from one of his hidden doors like Parker advised. He found the man in their villager hall pacing up and down.
“Parker! Im here what's up with Tai?”
“Bro he's like mad mad, saying sum bout you having his best sword.”
“That's not my fault, he shouldn't have falling in if he wanted to keep it”.
“Well thats not what he thinks, he told me to tell you that hes gonna get it back, no matter what”.
“Well damn its really not that deep”
“You should gear up either way, we don't know when he'll decide to attack” Parker put down his ender chest and took out a stack of golden apples and wind charges and threw them at Jude. “Here take these i need to go build a trap, mind getting some materials for me”
“Sure”
“Alright, just make sure to suit up well. You never know when Tai will decide to attack”
“Yeah yeah no need to worry bout me, I can take care of myself”
Jude took the list from the Endermen's hand and waved him off before walking towards his room. So Tai wanted revenge huh? Well he would make sure to not be caught off guard. He grabbed his armor and tools and began repairing the durability and polishing them. Can't have my armor breaking mid fight now can I? He stood back to admire his work, the purple trims on his armor gleaned on the soft lighting of the room, his netherite sword catching the light perfectly. He slowly pulled on his armor before placing down an ender chest putting PVP essentials in his inventory leaving the rest in his room. There was no way he's losing all of his essentials just because Tai wanted to be petty. Looking at Parker's list, it seemed like he could hold all he wanted in his inventory so there was no need to carry his ender chest with him. He pulled on his mask and gloves and made his way out his base to collect the materials Parker needed.

Jude emerged from a cave, covered in Redstone and dust, that was one thing done, only one more item left then he'd be done. The feeling of sweat and dust on his skin made him feel nauseous and sick. The sound of rushing water filled his ears, making him turn his head in that direction. Maybe if I find some water I could wash away some of the dirt on me. With that thought in mind Jude followed the sound of the river. He arrived at the flowing stream not long after, kneeling down, he submerged his whole head in the freezing water. He began cleaning out his ears which where filled with dirt and dust.
Jude was so preoccupied that he didn't hear the sound of fireworks in the distance. Nor did he hear the soft thud of people landing in the grass, or them sneaking up behind him until it was too late.
“What the fuck”!? A sword was driven into his leg, making him cry out in pain. Jude spun around coming face to face with Tai and Noob.
“Well well well, if it isn't Jude.” Tai sneered “ Let's make this quick, I want my sword. Drop it.”
“What sword you literally have it in your hand”
“Smartass” Tai laughed but there was no humor behind it. “Jude i dont want to fight you just give me my sword.
I can't give him his sword back just yet, it's OP. I just need a distraction so I can escape across the river.
“Parker. Parker! PARKER!!” And just like Kude hoped, Tai and Noob were stunned and began looking around. Jude took the moment of distraction and jumped into the river behind him and started swimming off. Oh shit I didn't stop to think that I had a stab wound in my leg. Ignoring the pain, Jude pushed forward swimming across the river as fast as he could. Looking back he saw Tai and Noob jumping into the river to swim after him. This wasn't going to work, he needed to think of something and fast. I have no traps nearby, I'm thousands of blocks away from base, injured and no one will be willing to come save me. We'll… that last part was untrue he had Parker but he wasn't great at PVP and everyone else would only help him at a cost. Well except Sha-, no not him I told him I would never trust him again. I can't go begging to him now.
Jude's feet hit the shore and he took of running into the dense jungle biome that was in front of him. He could still hear Tai behind him so he kept on running.
“Jude! I don't want to fight! Just give me my sword back!”
Jude turned his head back to look at Tao while still running to shout back, “No way! I need that sword back for something”.
“Jude come on, if you give it to me now, I'll let you off with no consequences”.
“Consequences my ass! No thats a horrible deal that benefits me in no way”
“It benefits you cuz you won't have your ass beat”
“Ha! As if YOU out of all people could beat my ass. The greatest trapper being beaten by the arrow canon guy? No wayyy!?”.
Well, maybe Judr had been too focused on arguing with Tai to notice the big ass hole in the ground. And he… ya he fell right in hurting his leg even more on the way down. Fuck how am I this stupid to fall into a hole? Now Tai's gonna get the sword, and I know his petty ass isn't gonna leave me untouched…
As if right on que, Tai's voice rang out. “Juuuuude well well well not talking so big now huh”? His face came into view as he stuck his head over the edge alongside Noob. “You should have just taken the deal when you had the chance. No you don't have that opportunity”. Shit this was bad. Tai's pissed and now not only was he gonna lose the sword but now who knows what else Tai gonna do now. If he wanted to live, he needed to get someone here now, and fast.
I never thought I'd be the first to reach out but there was no time to think about that right now. Jude took out his communicator and started typing…
