MinuteTech was patrolling over the End Cities as usual. It had become routine for him
Ultimately, this man was the Protector of the End, and he earned this title by maintaining peace and protecting the End from thieves in the Overworld and those who sought it purely for power.
Lost in thought, he noticed his elytra's stamina was low and decided to land on one of the End Islands, perhaps to rest a little; constant flying was sometimes tiring.
After landing smoothly and gently, he takes the ender chest from his inventory and places it on the ground, then takes the exp shulker box and places it next to it, and also takes an exp potion, He begins to repair his elytra.
Everything was peaceful and calm, when Minute finished repairing his elytra and his ears caught a child's voice..
..Wait, wait..A child's voice?
Minute paused momentarily, trying to comprehend everything, but as if his body betrayed his mind, he quickly dropped the elytra and exp potion and headed towards the sound, So, he starts approaching one of the buildings in End City.
All sorts of thoughts were running through his mind;
there shouldn't be a child in the end city. End City is too dangerous for a young child...how could they have gotten here-
He is so shocked by what he sees that he freezes in place

Shulker's box glared angrily at the child, as if it was bothered by the child touching it
But Minute wasn't interested in it right now; his eyes were on the tiny Voidling... When was the last time he'd seen another Voidling?
Of course...except for him and Spoke..
Minute felt like his suit was suffocating him; the bowtie felt like it was tightening around his neck
Taking a deep breath and calming himself, then little Voidling, as if sensing his presence, stopped bothering Shulker and looked at him
After they both stared at each other for two or three minutes, the younger one immediately got up, moved a little further away, and stood behind the blocks
Minute understood their hesitation and fear; after all, who knows how long they'd been in End City? If he were a child, he too would hesitate and hide when he saw someone approaching him
He bends down to the little voidling's height and looks at him
"I have no intention of hurting you, there's no need to hide, little one."
The little voidling looks at him and, with slight hesitation and embarrassment, emerges from its hiding place and stands a little in front of him. They look at minute with big, childlike white eyes.
"Are you lost, little one?"
Little Voidling nods its head up and down in like saying 'yes'
"okay...Can you talk then?"
This time, little Voidling shakes his head from side to side, saying 'no'
Minute sighs. he guesses that he'll have to teach the child to read and write himself
"Okay then, are you hungry?"
The little voidling, being hungry, immediately nods its head up and down excitedly, saying 'yes'
Minute smiles slightly when he sees this
"ok...ok.. alright then"
He takes some bread from his inventory and offers it to the child, who quickly takes it and begins to eat it
He thought to himself:
'I think, judging by how hungry they is, they might be here longer than I thought.'
Minute didn't even want to think about the family things.
Voidlings were usually born alone and needed to find a herd, an heir, or a family figure to care for them at a young age, and it seemed this voidling hadn't found one yet..
Minute sighed again, this time examining the child more closely
Their clothes were tattered, their hair was a bit disheveled, and the child looked somewhat dirty, which indicated they needed a bath.
Minute feels like his single dad instincts are screaming that he needs to take his child with him right now..
He had already taken Spoke with him when he found him before, he had to control himself; he couldn't take every child he saw-
Ugh..Damn it, who cares??
At that moment, the child had finished their bread and looked happy, gazing at Minute with those childlike white eyes
Minute stands up and gently extends his hand to the child
"Would you like to come with me?"
The little Voidling hesitates for a moment but then clumsily takes his hand
Minute's chest warmed as he felt a tiny child holding his hands again after a long time
"Okay, let's go then"
Speaking gently, he begins to move forward, goes back to the Ender Chest, and while the child holds his hand, he takes the Exp Shulker box, places it in the Ender Chest, and takes the Ender Chest back; while the little Voidling watching him curious.
Minute skillfully puts on the elytra with one hand and then holds the child, lifting them into his arms.
The little Voidling tries to resist immediately, but relaxes when it encounters Minute's warmth
End was generally a cold place, and because the child's body was delicate and they couldn't yet regulate their own temperature, it felt very cold to them. That's why small voidlings were more likely to get sick in the end
Of course, as their bodies adapted over time, they were able to regulate their own body temperature
The same thing isn't true for Minute; he's a grown Voidling, he knows how to control his own body temperature, which is why he can comfortably stay in the End.
Minute holds the child tightly in his arms as they begin to fly, but after a few minutes, he feels the body he's holding becoming heavier on him and realizes the child has fallen asleep instantly.
Minute smiles slightly to himself
