It's a cold snowy day in hometown, and Susie is on her own, after kris had recently gone to college a few states away, while susie stayed in hometown while everyone had moved away for college or wanted to get out, so, after the roaring, susie had somehow gotten ralsei in the light world, and they're roommates, ralsei is a nursing student, while susie is going through college, and susie is just laying on the couch, insisting she ISN'T sick (she is.) and while there's a click from the door, and the jingle of keys, followed by a soft voice calling out. "Susie? I'm home!" Susie immediately sat up, covering her sniffles with a fake cough, replying with "H-hey, rals! Welcome ba-" she immediately cuts herself off with a sniffle, then ralsei immediately rushes in, looking concerned "Susie? Are you okay? You look flushed.." then it's replied by a sneeze. "Ngh.. fuck.. yeah, Ralsei.. I'm fine.." "you don't sound fine.. Susie, are you sure?" And then she immediately sneezes, mumbling a quiet; "No.." and he walks over, putting his hand on her forehead. "You do have a temperature, are you alright?" She mumbles out, a sleepy sound, leaning into his hand. "Rals.. i wanna goddamn die..." "Whoah! Calm down! You're not dying, you've just got a common cold." "No I don't..." "Yes you do, susie." She groans, sleepily flopping onto the pillows. "Then how do i get rid of it, dork.." "just rest, okay?" He replies, already making tea in the kitchen, Susie groans, feeling a headache coming on, looking absolutely miserable, pulling the blanket closer, just dozing while listening to the hail outside and ralsei's gentle humming, before chiming up. "Hey rals?" "Yes, Susie?" "Do you think we'll like, be roommates forever?" "Probably! Because i wouldn't mind, of course if you're alright with it." "Good, because you're not fucking getting rid of me, Kay' dude?" "Alright, also, Kris should be coming to visit in a few months, so we should plan ahead, but first.." he walks over, handing her lemon and honey tea, gently stroking her hair. "Drink slowly, alright?" Susie gives a small nod, sipping from the mug, blushing at the contact, she's been weird about it, blushing when he comes close, and feeling a warmness in her heart, but, she can live with that, and he loves her just as much.
