My puppy is missing, please help me find him!
I've searched all around, but my chances feel slim.
I called his name both loud and slow,
but where he went, I do not know.
Under my bed is where he'd be,
but if he's there I do not see.
If you tell me to look outside,
that's a place I've already tried.
I asked the birds up in the sky,
"If you've seen him, please tell me why."
His bowl is full, his toys are still here.
The house is quiet, strange, and drear.
I miss his paws upon the floor,
and hearing scratches at the door.
Everything is still where he left them.
Everything except for him.
I hope he's warm, I hope he's not scared.
I hope he calls for me, I'll be right there.
I'll give him hugs and one big kiss,
'cause he's my puppy that I miss.
So if you see my puppy, please send him my way.
I've been missing him so much, each and every day.
My puppy's still missing!
