It all started with Eddie Munson.
Mike hadn’t really liked guys before, he was dating Eleven, after all. He thought it was weird and strange, and maybe he just thought Eddie was cool?
Boy, was he wrong.
He actually had a small crush on the guy. Just a tiny bit. He couldn’t believe it at first. Mike was in denial.
Maybe it was because Eleven was in California? He had initially thought. But some little part of him in the back of his mind said,
Because Will’s in California and you can’t stare at him more lovingly than your own damn girlfriend.
God, no! It couldn’t be. He thought he knew nobody that was gay, so it must’ve been wrong! Mike was super weird in his mind. I mean, he liked Eleven, so how? Just wait until this boy finds out about bisexuality. But.. he liked Will too. He really liked Will. For a long time.
He realized something in that moment.
The only girl I’ve ever loved was basically Will in drag.
