Pink was in their office being so pink. Pink was reading their paper as one does when they are the ceo of a company.. I think. UNTIL!!! THE DOORS TO THEIR OFFICE OPEN UP AND THERE STANDS THE HOT SEXY HOT HOT DOCTOR BLUE. Pink looked up from the paper in their hands their visor.... did like a eyebrow raise idk.
"Hello Doctor. How may I help you?" Pink asked as they placed the papers on the desk before sit straight (oh no).
"Hello Boss, I have such terrible news to share." Said the hot sexy hot doctor. Blue slowly and dramatically walked towards Pink's desk.
"Now, what do you mean by that?" Pink leaned in a bit, curious on what the doctor had to say.. and why they were here...
"Well.. I do not wish to trouble you... but there has been a terrible sickness traveling around." Blue bat's their beautiful visor(???).
Pink kinda just... stated at blue, they were slightly concern.. what kind of sickness?? Pink gave a slight :head_shaking_vertically: for them to continue.
"I fear fellow crewmates as fell illness to..... love..!" Blue held their chest(???) Dramatically.
Pink just stared at blue like... what the hell are they on?????????? But since blue is their favorite employee ever they decide that they were willing to listen more.
"Uhh.. yes? What is this.. illness.. and why do you think it is a huge problem to bring up to me." Pink said. Yeah.
"It is distracting! And i feel like... i have caught it." Blue stared at Pink.
"So you are telling me that you fell in love with someone... you know that is against MIRA's code and rules." Pink narrowed their visor felling almost... disappointed that blue told them this.
"Falling in love?? I guess I have... but that isnt the whole thing! I fear that I can not hold it in any longer... I need to tell you..." Blue leaned forward on the desk, which made Pink back away from them.
"Well thanks for telling me." Pink said nervously, even though they made this 'no relationship' rule it is hard to not swoon for the doctor.
"Boss.... Pink." Blue reached for Pink's hand and held it gently, making Pink blush a bit.
"I fear i have fallen..... for you. I can not hold it in no more!" Blue felt tears welling up in their visor.
Pink was caught off guard.... Blue... had feelings for them???? No way... PINK WON. WHAT THE HELL.
"You are... in love with me? Blue.." Pink was at a lost for words... Pink does love blue dearly but to break one of their rules.. they would be a hypocrite!!
Pink sat in their chair quietly thinking to themselves for a moment before they stood up on their chair, walking towards Blue. Blue looked up at Pink.
"I know this is wrong... but I wanted to say the truth.. i am sorry." Blue lowers their head before they felt pinks hand cup on of their checks, making blue look up at them.
"Blue.. I love you too. I always have." Pink said, there was no hatred in their eyes there was... kindness.
"Really..? I have no idea what to say.." Blue said.
"Thank you for telling me..I needed this off my chest as much as you did." Pink leaned forever, just wanting to look at blue closer.
Both of them stared at each other, with no words to say. Just standing close and enjoying each other's company.
"What should we do, pink?" Blue spoke up.
"Give each other time. I will be... thinking about this.. about us.." pink stood up straight.
"Understandable..." blue felt calmer..
"How about you go and join the ore+ mission and when you come back we'll talk about this more.." Pink said.
"Okay.. I'll come back to you, I promise." Blue nods.
Pink held one of blues hands, giving it a small peck before they let go. Pink walked back to their chair.
"See you later, Blue." Pink sat down.
"Bye.. Pink.." Blue had a slight blush on their face before they went out of the room.
As the door shuts a crooked smile appeared on pinks face. Pink knew blue won't come back, but a part of them is sadden by it. That doesn't matter though, regrowing your entire species is more important.
