The moon light reflected in the ocean, a smile played over Mia’s lips as she slowly walked through the water closer to the shore, she felt the waves roll against the back of her legs as she moved. Mia hadn’t expected the next wave to be as big as it was, and she lost her balance, before she fell she felt a strong arm wrapped around her waist holding her. Mia turned around and she now saw Ruby standing in front of her. A shiver ran down her spine as Ruby’s hands lingered for a couple seconds longer than needed. Mia took a breath, she locked her eyes with Ruby’s as a cool breeze hit them, and Mia’s body almost shook from the surprise cool air.
“You’re shaking,” Ruby said. One of her hands left Mia’s hips and she slid it to Mia’s back, her hand pressed against Mia’s back, and Ruby took a step closer.
Mia’s eyes were still locked with Ruby’s, and her tongue flicked over lips, and as their eyes stayed locked Mia’s breathing started to become more uneven, her heart beat faster in her chest. Mia wrapped her arms around Ruby’s shoulders, she took a small step forward, bodies almost pressed together. “Not from the cold,” Mia replied in a soft whisper.
Ruby felt Mia’s breath against her lips as Mia had replied. She licked her lips, and Ruby knew that she could take a step back, she could let go of Mia. But she couldn’t, there was something that had locked her in this moment. She took a breath, and she smiled. “And if it not the cool air,” Ruby began, her fingers tightened on Mia’s waist, and the other hand slowly moved over Mia’s back, she felt the string from Mia’s bikini top against her fingers, it would be so easy to just take the string between her fingers and pull, and take a small step back and watch how the top would fall into the water.
Mia swallowed, she tangled her fingers into Ruby’s damp hair, and Mia smiled and she cupped Ruby’s cheek with one of her hands, her thumb almost brushing over Ruby’s lower lip. “You,” Mia replied, “you make me shiver,” Mia said, “or shake.” Mia looked down, her eyes landed on Ruby’s lips, it would be so easy to just run her thumb over Ruby’s lower lip, and then lean in, kiss her.
“I do?” Ruby asked, her fingers played with the string that hung against Mia’s back, “You should tell me more about that,” Ruby whispered, she leaned down, her lips close to Mia’s ear, her breath lingered against the shell of Mia’s ear, “Is there something else I do you to you?” she whispered, “Do I make you nervous?”
Mia licked her lips, her breath hitched, and she closed her eyes, and took a step closer, the waves danced around her legs. “I don’t know if you make me nervous,” Mia replied, “you make me confused,” she blinked and she brushed her fingers through Ruby’s hair, “I don’t know what you make me feel,” she said, “my body just react to you and I don’t know where it comes from.”
Ruby nodded her head and smiled at Mia, she leaned closer, her lips almost brushed against Mia’s, her arms tightened around her, Ruby felt how Mia pressed herself against her, “I don’t think you are confused,” Ruby replied, “I think you know what it is that you want, and your body knows it too,” Ruby licked her lips, “you are just scared of saying it out loud what it is that you want.” Ruby took a small step back, her hands slowly moved from Mia’s back, up to her shoulders, her hands slid down Mia’s arms and took Mia hands in her own and she linked their fingers together, and Ruby began to slowly walk backwards, she led them out of the water. Ruby stopped just as the shoreline and she smiled at Mia, she pulled her closer again. “Wrap your legs around my waist when I tell you too,” Ruby whispered, lips close to Mia’s ear, “that way you won’t get sand or your feet.”
Ruby lifted Mia up, and she felt Mia’s legs around her waist, and bodies even closer. Ruby’s hands rested on the small of Mia’s back as she walked them through the sand, she felt how the sand clung to her feet. When she reached their towels and dry clothes she put Mia down, but Ruby didn’t step back. She took a deep breath, and she moved a hand up Mia’s back, she tangled her fingers in Mia’s hair, she leaned closer, she used her hand to hold Mia’s head in place and she closed the small gap between them, her lips brushed slow and gentle against Mia’s lips.
Mia felt Ruby’s lips against her own, a gasp left her lips, her own hand gripped Ruby’s hip and she pressed herself closer, the other hand was pressed against Ruby’s back. Mia pulled back, locked her eyes with Ruby’s, trying to see if there was something that indicated that the small kiss was all it was going to be, but Mia didn’t see anything that hinted to that. She wetted her lips and she leaned up, she captured Ruby’s lips with her own, she ran her tongue over Ruby’s lower lip, and she was met with Ruby’s lips parting, she took the chance to deep the kiss, she slipped her tongue between Ruby’s lips, tongues swirled against each other. Mia tightened her arms around Ruby and she managed to get down on her back on the towel and she made sure to not break the kiss. Mia felt the weight of Ruby on top of her, her hands roamed over Ruby’s back, she hooked a leg around Ruby’s waist pulled her closer.
Ruby slid a hand up Mia’s leg, she felt the soft skin under her fingers, she pressed herself closer to Mia, she rolled her hips. She broke the kiss, she cupped Mia’s cheek, eyes locked together, she saw the arousal in Mia’s eyes, for a second her eyes flicked down to Mia’s lips, red, swollen from kissing. “I see that you listened to what your body said,” Ruby whispered, her fingers trailed small patterns over Mia’s thigh, “or maybe…” she licked her lips, “you figured out what it was that you wanted and how I make you feel.”
“Yeah…” Mia licked her lips, “I want you.”
“I know,” Ruby replied. “I want you too,” she whispered against Mia’s lips as she closed the gap between them.”
