Chapter 0: Prequel Chapter:
After the events of Episode 2, Charlotte regains consciousness to find the group gone, with all that’s left is Niko’s sun. After noticing V1 fighting the Rogues in the distance, she knows how dangerous the machine is and attempts to book it with Niko’s sun. That’s when the Radiance in her spirit form shows up and absorbs the sun, doubling her strength and giving her a nightmare form. V1 is able to hold its own against Unithor and Unreal and is even able to defeat Midusara and Godotrix. With Midusara’s death, her petrification is reversed, freeing the Knight and Beheaded(this was made before Moro confirmed this wasn’t the cure on Twitter). When the Radiance powered up with Niko’s sun, Unithor sent Unreal to deal with her while he revived Godotrix and Midusara. Unexpectedly, the Radiance absorbed Unreal’s energy, gaining a nightmare form and killing him. The Rogues teleport away. Charlotte also teleports away with the Knight, Beheaded and V1 going in right before the Radiance infects the realm along with everything there. She had followed the Knight in her spirit form as she wasn’t going to let her chosen vessel get off easy and with her knowledge of other realms not knowing of her existence, she vows to infect everyone and everything so that no one will ever forget her again. The Rogues split off to smelt realms while Unithor wants to personally kill Charlotte.
Cuphead and Niko Chapter 1:
Cuphead and Niko land in the world of Doki Doki Literature Club. Niko gets upset that Cuphead lost the sun but forgives him as he did save their life and they were ambushed. They decide to explore the school to potentially get to higher ground and find a portal when they run into Sayori. Excited, she introduces them to the club members, MC, Yuri, Natsuki and Monika. Monika however is confused with Cuphead and Niko’s existence, especially when they talk about the portals. So when she got some alone time, she checked if they were AI but instead, they were real. Monika tricks Cuphead and Niko to help her find some books, using the opportunity to trap and confront them. She changes the world around them and explains that everything is made of AI, including her and wants to know more about them. Monika also reveals that MC is a vessel for God(the player) to inhabit. Niko accidentally reveals that they and God talk which catches her off guard. With neither of them trusting her, they refuse to tell her information which results in Niko getting captured and Cuphead fighting Monika. While he wins the fight, Monika is able to heal herself back up. Niko however stands in the way and tells Monika that God wouldn’t want this. Realizing that Cuphead and Niko are real beings, she drops her hostility and is consumed with regret. Niko comforts Monika, saying that she is more than an AI and that she is actually a real person. Once she calms down, Monika brings them back to the club and lets the group relax with the club members before she removes the negative effects on the club member girls. The Knight, Beheaded, V1 and Charlotte land in that world
Cuphead and Niko Chapter 2:
Back in the club, everyone does poems. Cuphead doesn’t know how to write poems but with the help of Sayori, Natsuki and Yuri, he is able to write one but it’s just the words. When Niko reads aloud theirs, God briefly takes over MC and is confused with why they are there. Just like that, MC is back to normal which scares the girls. Monika tries to defuse the situation but can’t. Sayori spots a portal outside, with the Knight, Beheaded, V1 and Charlotte falling down. Cuphead recognizes the Knight and jumps down but they make a run for it as V1 begins shooting up the school to kill them. Monika hides the club members in the closet before freezing them in place. Cuphead guides Knight, Beheaded and Charlotte into the club. With introductions in, they try to come with a plan to deal with V1. Monika suggests hacking V1 since she can do that but because the machine isn’t from her world, she needs to get close to do so. In a tough fight, Cuphead, Knight, Beheaded and Monika team up to overwhelm V1 with the hope that she’ll be able to hack it, with added help from Niko and Charlotte. After a grueling fight she was but the energy to hack V1 resulted in the club members unfreezing. With Monika outside and V1 hacked, this concerns the club members. While the group has fun with the hacked V1, Charlotte becomes rude, which pisses everyone off. When the club members confront Monika, she refuses to tell them the truth and says she’s leaving them behind. Suddenly, Unithor arrives and upon seeing Charlotte, goes berserk and destroys everything, with not even V1 or Monika being able to stop him. Things especially get bad when Unithor targets MC but can’t kill him due to him not being a true AI. Charlotte sends her drones to deal with him but it fails and Unithor begins smelting the realm. Charlotte opens a portal for Cuphead, Niko, the Knight, Beheaded and V1 to go into. Monika hesitantly leaves Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki as she possesses one of the dead drones and goes into the portal. Charlotte goes into a different one and abandons the group. Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki are forced to go into a portal and leave MC behind due to his damage, resulting in him dying.
Cuphead and Niko Chapter 3:
Cuphead, Niko, the Knight, Beheaded, Monika and V1 land in Bendy and the Dark Revival. After landing in a dark, inky room, they come face to face with the Ink Demon. V1 fights the Ink Demon while the others escape. Due to the ink being alive and when V1 accidentally gets overwhelmed with it, the machine gets dragged down. While the group tries to stay silent, Beheaded and the Knight destroy a Bendy cutout, which gets the Ink Demon’s attention and chases them. With a dead end, the Ink Demon accuses them for infecting his realm but before he could attack them, the Radiance’s roar catches his attention. When the group investigates, much to the Knight begging them not to, they land on the surface in the city. The Radiance fights the Ink Demon and while she can’t infect him, she transforms him into his Bendy form and begins charging up to infect the realm. The group is saved by Audrey, Monika helps Bendy up and she guides them all to hide in an inky pool. Once they get out, everything but them is infected. Audrey guides the group for a place to hide but they run into V1. It viewed Audrey and Bendy as threats but the group defuses the situation, which frustrates V1 due to lack of blood and violence. Audrey guides them to the hideout where they all tell stories to each other and they get to know each other better. They especially know that Charlotte is their enemy with her leaving them there. While the group is resting, Monika discovers that V1’s patience is running thin due to a poem it wrote so Monika tries to reassure it. That’s when an infected Allison Angel came in, along with other infected, inky characters. While their minds are safe, their bodies are not. The gang are able to fight their way out and Cuphead takes the lead and guides everyone into a portal to escape.
Cuphead and Niko Chapter 4:
Cuphead, Niko, the Knight, Beheaded, Monika, V1, Bendy and Audrey land in Stardew Valley. V1 tries to kill the people for blood but is stopped by the group. To deal with V1’s patience, Monika takes him to the lake to get fish blood instead. While doing so, they lose the Knight. Cuphead, Niko and Monika decide to take V1 to the lake while Beheaded, Audrey and Bendy search for the Knight. It turns out, it went to find the blacksmith, Clint, to upgrade its nail but in order to get upgrades, they have to go into the mines. Beheaded and Audrey only agree to it to make the Knight happy. Meanwhile, V1 begins happily killing fish, which catches the attention of the fishermen, Willie. Cuphead, Niko and Monika are able to calm him down and even able to buy fish and blood bags from him. Besides catching fish, they also find a broken voice box which they fix and give to V1. The two groups reunite and rest in the bar, along with meeting the mayor of Stardew Valley, Lewis. While doing karaoke at the bar, everyone, especially Monika finds out that V1 isn’t just hacked, it’s own personality is becoming like Monika's due to the hack. But the rest doesn’t last long as an infected farmer, Barone, comes in. Lewis recommends the wizard outside of town to help so the group takes him there. While the Wizard tries to cure Barone, he finds out the Radiance’s infection is impossible to cure without killing her and she can reach anyone in their dreams in any realm. However, he says that none of the group members are infected because of their will power and that is repelling the Radiance in their minds. The whole process scared Bendy and ran out. When Monika tries to comfort him with a toy train, he’s transformed into the Ink Demon and much against Audrey’s warnings, she tries to help him. The Ink Demon however is having none of Monika’s sympathy and threatens that if she tries to fix him, he’ll kill her and he only hasn’t to any of the group members because he needs them to go back to his realm. Monika breaks down and is comforted by the group. Audrey also finds out why Monika was wanting to help the Ink Demon; if he didn’t get the chance to get redeemed, did she? Audrey is heartwarmed by that but tells her that the Ink Demon refused to take the redemption and she has to accept it which she does. At the same time, the Ink Demon tries to destroy the toy train but Bendy fights back and the two fight over control, while someone is watching. Cuphead takes a break by the lake, only to run into a Nightmare Mita.
Shovel Knight Chapter 1:
Shovel Knight lands in the world in Shantae. He crash lands on Risky Boot’s pirate ship and while he was unconscious, Risky took all of his weapons and tied him up. When he wakes up, he discovers his new position but breaks out. During the fight, Shovel Knight is able to get back his magic relics one by one and soon enough, Shantae joins the fight. With the two working together, they defeat Risky. When they arrive in Scuttle Town to arrest Risky, they run into Shantae’s best friend, Rotty. Shovel Knight wants to leave to help his friends and asks for portals, to which Rotty confirms that an explorer passed by asking for the same thing and told him to go find him on Tane Lane Island. Shantae sets up a boat for Shovel Knight where they engage in talking about their worlds. Shovel Knight accidentally reveals Shield Knight to Shantae but instead of bottling up his emotions, he tells her everything. Besides Shantae knowing the whole events, Shovel Knight is able to clear up and realize that Charlotte was the one who destroyed his realm. Once they made it to Tane Lane Island, they ran into the explorer, Guy Spelunky. He was heartbroken as the Rogues had invaded his realm, with Godotrix “killing his wife” and going after him. Shovel Knight realizes that Godotrix might be in this realm and sure enough, he attacks Scuttle Town.
Shovel Knight Chapter 2:
Shovel Knight, Shantae and Spelunky make their way to Scuttle Town to fight Godotrix. While Rotty helps evacuate, the trio deal with him. The fight isn’t easy, especially when Godotrix tries to smelt. Rotty almost falls down but is rescued by Shovel Knight. The trio overpower and kill Godotrix. Charlotte shows and tries to take his power but Shovel Knight doesn’t let her and asks her questions regarding his realm. Charlotte tries to lie but no one falls for it. The Radiance shows up, which causes the distraction for Charlotte to escape. She then infects Godotrix and begins charging up to infect the realm. Shovel Knight, Shantae, Spelunky and Rotty use the Mobile Gear to escape the wave of infection but Rotty falls in and gets infected. The three make it through a portal.
Shovel Knight Chapter 3:
Shovel Knight, Shantae and Spelunky land in Super Meat Boy. The castle in the sky puts them on edge. Shantae holds back her emotions for Shovel Knight’s sake and wants to help him. As they explore the castle, they platform their ways across and run into Meat Boy, trying to save his girlfriend, Bandage Girl. Dr. Fetus abducts her before he grabs her. With him in distress, the trio decide to help Meat Boy get her back and defeat Dr. Fetus. They also learn the terrifying truth that he’s a skinned human which traumatizes him. When they meet Dr. Fetus, this causes them to become nauseated. But after a while, the group joins in and helps Meat Boy defeat Dr. Fetus, with Spelunky taking his jetpack. They also safely rescue Bandage Girl and land down as the castle gets destroyed. For saving her life, Meat Boy decides to tag along with the trio to help them out. When the group enters the portal, they run into Madeline and her group. Dr Fetus fell into a portal instead of his death, landing in the world of Nefarious. The super villain, Crow and his assistant Becky confront Dr Fetus. Seeing the potential of him as a villain, Crow spares him and offers a team up. Crow and Becky have been analyzing the portals and with their new knowledge and combined hatred for Meat Boy, Dr Fetus teams up with them.
Madeline and Drifter Chapter 1:
Madeline and Drifter land in the world of Gris. In the forest, Maddie and Drifter are able to introduce themselves to each other and they work together to find a portal. As they continue into the forest, they collapse into underwater caverns where Maddie finds the shadow of the Knight. Badeline tries to warn Maddie that it’s just in her head but she ignores her. Things get especially interesting when the group actually runs into the Knight. Madeline chases after it, only for it to be a trap. The Knight is actually the shapeshifting monster, Nosk. Drifter and Badeline fight it off as Madeline has an anxiety attack. What’s worse is that Nosk enters a nightmare form. While they were able to collapse one of the tunnels onto Nosk, it broke out. What’s worse is that Drifter suffers from a hallucination from Judgement and passes out. Madeline carries him while Nosk chases after her. After being chased out of the caverns and into a desert, Gris shows up and with her sonic boom singing, she’s able to break Nosk’s Nightmare form. Drifter wakes up and finishes Nosk off while Madeline passes out. Gris takes them to her tower for them to rest.
Madeline and Drifter Chapter 2:
While Gris rescued Madeline and Drifter, neither had the mental strength to continue. Especially Drifter knowing his fate that he’s doomed to die and Madeline worrying about her home. Gris tells them that she lost her mother and while she’s gone, she still feels her mother. She sings and comforts Madeline and Drifter which does comfort them. Seeing a portal in the distance, Madeline wants to reunite the separated group and invites Gris to join her and Drifter in for mental help. The trio head into the portal and land in the world of Ori. Midusara attacks the realm and almost petrifies Madeline but is saved by Ori himself.
Madeline and Drifter Chapter 3:
With Ori right by their side, the four team up to take down Midusara but she puts up a good fight. Madeline gets hurt and has self doubt. Drifter hands over his gun to help her. Sein, the sentient light and ally to Ori, shows and helps by giving Badeline Ori’s spirit powers. The group were able to form a planned attack and defeat Midusara. Unfortunately, the Radiance shows up and infects Midusara. Charlotte also shows up and teams up with Maddie and the group. As the Radiance charges up to infect the realm, Ori runs to his house to evacuate his friends but weren’t there. Sein gets infected but the group helps evacuate the realm. Charlotte explains the Radiance problem, but manipulates the group, saying that there’s no cure to petrification, Cuphead and Niko are dead and Shovel Knight is hostile. Maddie and her group declare to protect her. But as they were resting, a portal opens up and out comes Shovel Knight and his group.
Shovel Knight/ Madeline and Drifter Chapter 4:
While it is a bittersweet reunion for Shovel Knight, it’s not for Madeline. She’s heartbroken and lays all of Charlotte's lies, especially with Cuphead and Niko’s death. Shovel Knight doesn’t believe it and gets angry with Charlotte. Everything turns into a big argument between him and Madeline over Charlotte helping them. Drifter, Gris and Ori remain loyal to Madeline while Shantae, Spelunky and Meat Boy are loyal to Shovel Knight. Tired of the argument, Shantae accidently reveals Shield Knight’s death. Madeline switches her hostility and comforts him, along with the rest of the group. So, Charlotte ragebaits Shovel Knight to get him angry at her to start the fight again. While Charlotte does "apologize" Shovel Knight doesn’t, leading him and his group in wanting her dead. Madeline and Gris run off with Charlotte while Spelunky and Meat Boy chase after them. Drifter and Ori hold Shovel Knight and Shantae back, leading into a fight. Spelunky and Meat Boy were able to get Charlotte separated from the girls, but tired of being attacked, she uses the Game Master’s powers and attacks them. She cuts the mountain in half to prevent Madeline and Gris finding out about her powers as they run up the crumbling mountain. Shovel Knight sees the attack in the distance and truces in case they might be hurt. While that is happening, the Radiance shows up in Drifter’s world, kills Judgement and infects the Immortal Cell. Back with the group, Drifter gets infected. Shovel Knight, Shantae and Ori escape him and are heartbroken with his infection. Charlotte defeats Spelunky and Meat Boy and reunites with Madeline and Gris in her small form. Knowing that Drifter got infected, she leaves them for dead. She lies to the group to hide while she finds Ori and abandons them. Madeline has another panic attack, which this time results in her getting slowly infected because of it. Gris helps Madeline and reunites with the rest of the group. Everyone is heartbroken, especially Shovel Knight who blames himself. He promises her he won’t hurt Charlotte again. Madeline distracts and infected Drifter while everyone else reluctantly leaves her in that world. Shovel Knight, Shantae, Spelunky, Meat Boy, Gris and Ori land in an office space and are heartbroken. Shovel Knight was going to quit but was talked out of it by an emotionally unstable Shantae. Knowing how mentally broken everyone is, Shovel Knight offers a memorial service for everyone who passed. As everyone said their sayings, they explore the building and Shovel Knight finds out he’s back in the City, the home of the Rogues(from the main IC show).
Frisk Chapter 1:
Frisk lands in the world of Fran Bow. While running through a forest, she runs into Fran herself and Madotsuki from Yumi Nikki. Fran explains that the demon, Remor, has her talking cat, Mr. Midnight captive at her house and her Aunt Grace is working with him. While Madotsuki was able to rescue her before Remor, Fran wants to go back to her house to rescue Mr Midnight. Frisk decides to help out of curiosity. The group comes face to face with a revive. Fran explains that the pills she’s been taking allow her to change reality, allowing them to cross the ravine but at the cost of hallucinating badly. The trio take them and a bridge spawns over them. Things go normal until Frisk starts hallucinating about the Undertale characters they’ve killed and the enemies they’ve faced, resulting in them panicking. Thankfully, Fran and Madotsuki are able to wake Frisk up once they get out of their own hallucinations. They were able to reach Fran’s house and with Frisk saving them, they were able to find out their name. As Frisk breaks the cage to release Mr Midnight, Remor shows up ready to finish the job. But Frisk and Madotsuki overpower and kill him. As the group was able to leave, Aunt Grace shows up. Fran is able to talk Frisk out of killing her. Instead, a portal spawns and they leave the world behind, along with the pills. At the same time it was all happening, the Radiance had invaded Hallownest in the past to fight the Pale King. Even in her stronger state, the Pale King was able to keep up with her. Sadly, the Radiance spawns and infected Unreal, which infect his great knights and his wife, the White Lady. With him heartbroken, the Radiance is able to infect him. Springtrap shows up and congratulates the Radiance , to which she is upset to see him here. But because of his success, she decides to allow more psychopaths like him to keep their personalities.
Frisk Chapter 2:
Frisk, Madotsuki, Fran and Mr Midnight land in the world of the Cult of the Lamb. The gang run into the cult surrounding the Lamb himself. While the group tries to fake their loyalty, the Lamb isn’t buying it. Things only get worse when Frisk intentionally starts a fight. While Frisk wins, Madotsuki, Fran and Mr Midnight are captured and are being planned to become sacrificed. As the Lamb begins the sacrifice and as a portal spawns, the energy goes into the Lamb as he performs the chant, getting into a Nightmare form. Frisk fights the Lamb, even though they die, they respawn and continue the fight, freeing them and defeating the Lamb. But instead of listening to Fran, Frisk kills the Lamb. The Lamb’s spirit gets overtaken by the Radiance, causing his body to become infected. The group flee that realm and enter another haunted realm. Mr Midnight warns Fran that Frisk is a wild card and not to be trusted.
Freddy Chapter 1:
Springtrap awakens in Hell with Cassidy who tortures him. She flees however when the Radiance curiously shows up. Springtrap makes a deal with her, if she gives him his body back, he will work under her. Sensing how twisted Springtrap is, she lets him and even gives him back his personality too. On the surface, Glamrock Freddy runs into an injured Gregory. He takes him to a first aid station and explains his best with the fight between Springtrap and Frisk. Gregory half believes it as he rests and Freddy charges up. Back down, Springtrap infects his remaining animatronic army and using an infected drone, goes back in time to 1983. There, he infects his sons, Evan and a young Michael before stealing Elizabeth and getting her infected. The animatronics also bring in an older Micheal and elderly Henry, just for Springtrap to torment before infecting them. Once that was done, he then infects the entire fnaf franchise within an hour(canon games, fan games books, movies). Freddy awakens to find Gregory infected. Horrified, he goes into a portal to find help where he lands in the world of Pizza Tower.
Freddy Chapter 2:
When Freddy walks into Peppino’s pizza, he is met with the chef’s gun. Gustavo is able to talk Peppino out of harming Freddy and with the bear’s innocence, he spares him. Freddy begs them for help and infect Gregory but they can’t do much and only lock him up to prevent him from attacking them. Gustavo brings out Brick to help Freddy out as he feels responsible for his infection. Peppino helps him and tells him that Freddy redeemed himself by trying to fix the mistake, showing that Freddy is doing the right thing. That’s when Cadence shows up, along with Stray and B-12. With introductions, B-12 explains that he and Stray were chased by infected animatronics before landing in Cadence’s world. Then the animatronics attacked which resulted in Cadence falling with the two to Peppinos’ realm. On cure, the infected animatronics show up, led by Springtrap. Peppino however leads the charge and outruns the group with everyone falling behind him. Cadence’s guitar repels the infection. Peppino leads the group up the fallen Pizza Tower on top. As they repel the animatronics, the Puppet shows up, uninfected and confused. The animatronics are making their way up and with a portal in the distance, Gustavo and Brick sacrifice themselves to let them escape. While Freddy’s group makes it through, Gustavo and Brick get infected by Springtrap.
Gabriel Chapter 1:
Continuing from Cuphead and Niko chapter 2, Sayori, Natsuki and Yuri land in Ultrakill or more preciously, in the Greed Layer. As the girls get their surroundings and try to figure out why they are glitching, they run into V2 who tries to kill Sayori first. Instead, because Sayori is an AI, she ends up possessing and controlling V2 instead. Demons, both infected and not infected show up and cause chaos. A couple of demons attack Yuri and Natsuki while they glitch, causing them to become one big glitch monster. Gabriel shows up to clear the rest while Sayori destroys where the hybrid is standing to hide them. Gabriel attacks Sayori due to her possessing V2, even when it’s clear they are two different beings, he sees it as a trick. Gabriel chases Sayori and while she hides, she finds the Saw Blade Launcher. Just then, an infected Earthmover shows up. As Gabriel fights it, Sayori books it. While he destroys it and resumes the chase with Sayori, the Earthmover is brought back to life due to the infection and chases them. Sayori escapes into a portal followed by Gabriel. Before she escapes, she promises to Yuri and Natsuki that she will find Monika. At the same time, the Radiance invades Cuphead’s world and infects it, with only Mugman escaping.
Gabriel Chapter 2:
Mugman lands in the world of Buckshout Roulette and tries to get his surroundings in the night club. Not too long after, Sayori shows up and escapes inside, followed by Gabriel. The angel was confused with humanity still being alive but is quite aggressive seeing them all smoking and drinking. Gabriel goes into the night club to find Sayori only to get into a shootout. Mugman gets in the crossfire. However, once Mugman tells how he defeated the Devil, Gabriel spares him and is even proud of him. He asks for help trying to find Sayori. Mugman finds her in the bathroom crying. She confuses him with Cuphead and describing him causes Mugman to lower his suspicions of her being hostile. With Sayori trying to figure out what she is, Mugman tries his best to help her. Meanwhile, Gabriel runs into the Dealer and finds a contract about God, he demands answers, resulting in him getting into a contract and game. With the angel’s life on the line, he reconsiders everything he knew. He knows how corrupt the Heaven Council is and he wants that pride of being strong, which V1 gave him during the fight. Gabriel accepts, gets into the game and wins. The Dealer explains everything about God, from how all of the angels are dead, Heaven is fallen but also the existence of portals. Gabriel is also curious about why humans are still alive. The Dealer gives a speech that even with humans on their last legs, they are still fighting for hope, which sparks something into Gabriel. The angel finds Sayori and Mugman but the two are able to talk him out of killing her and form an unlikely alliance with them trying to find V1, Monika and Cuphead. At the same time, the Radiance invades Heaven, infecting the angels and God’s light, causing Gabriel to become infected a little. The Radiance turns her attention to Hell.
