Summary:

"I'm sorry, you can leave now, I've got this." Jeongin said, his hand practically slamming next to where Chan was sitting.

"And you are?"

"Yang Jeongin. Certified favourite person of Christopher Chan Bahng. You were leaving, right?"

-----------------------------------------

It was sparkling, the whole room was literally sparkling, if Jeongin wanted to, he could probably see his reflection in his SHELVES.

"Uh, hyung? what did you do?"

"I cleaned you're closet for you! isn't it so clean now? i even made a spreadsheet on where you should keep all you're clothes for maximum usage!" Chan chirped from where he was busy practically shaking his invisible tail, which Jeongin was SURE existed.

"A spr-a spreadsheet?"

(Chan)

1.

Chan wondered when Jeongin had grown so fucking buff. Like, wasn't this man a flimsy piece of bones a couple months (years?) ago? When did Changbin even find the time to kidnap Jeongin and take him to the gym ?

Whatever, its not like Chan cared.

Yeah! Chan didn't care, especially when Jeongin picked him up for the first time. Yup, absolutely not, Chan probably had eaten something bad that day cause there was NO WAY that feeling in his stomach was butterflies.

Chan shook off the feeling he got by recalling that memory and continued walking to the studio Jisung had booked out for the evening, like a normal person. Or as normal as he could get.

When he entered, he was greeted to a sight that the entire group had been subjected to one too many times, and all of them were desensitized enough to completely ignore it.

Like, it was probably given that if you walk into a room expecting either ONE of Jisung or Minho, you will, without fail, walk in on them being disgustingly cute or just plain disgusting.

This time, Chan walked past them making out on the studio couch.

"Hi sungie, Hi lino." Chan muttered, starting up the equipment with an unphased tone, leaning forward to put his headphones on and block out the couple making out like they wanted to eat each other's faces on the couch.

"Hi-mmph- Hi Channie hyung!" Jisung said, loud, finally detached form Minho , who pouted.

"Jisung, for the love of god, stop sucking face and help Chan." Changbin said, unphased, also walking in and ignoring the mess on the couch, instead content to sit next to Chan and start working on the track.

In a while, and after taking the joint effort of Chan and Changbin to shoo away Minho, they got to work.

It was around the two hour mark when someone else entered the studio, disturbing thr chaotically managed 3RACHA workflow.

Jeongin.

Of course, Just when Chan thought he would be able to finish a song today, his number 1 distraction walks in.

Chan only spared a glance to Jeongin before getting back to work with a small smile gracing his lips, while Jisung and Changbin cooed over the maknae of their group, who made a disgruntled face, fox eyes completely vanishing as he maintained the half scowl- half grimace- half grin on his face as the other two clung to him.

"Yen-ah! what did we do to be graced with you're presence? are you finally gonna give me a kiss?" Jisung said, spreading his arms out to try and tempt Jeongin to him.

For some reason, the image of Jeongin kissing Jisung made Chan's insides twist. (Seriously, Chan needed to get that stomach bug checked)

"No, you insect- move away from me, I swear, you guys are so horny all the time, don't you have a boyfriend , Jisung hyung?" Jeongin grumbled , walking upto the back of Chan's chair to spin it around.

In a blink of a eye, Chan was yoinked, yes - YOINKED out of his chair and then he was seated again, this time in Jeongin's lap.

And surprisingly, this was NOT the first time Jeongin had done this over the past few months, because it was becoming a common occurrence.

The 'i hate skinship' boy they all knew and loved was turning into a clingy mess with Chan. No matter what happened, or where they were, Jeongin was now always gravitating towards Chan. A hand on his thigh, arm around his waist, and because of Minho's influence, a palm on his ass, most times.

But it was normal now!

Right?

Yeah...

Maybe it was strange, Maybe it was because they lived together now, Chan was happy for the free cuddles.

"Yang Jeongin! give me a warning at least?" Chan felt himself whine out, ears turning pink as Jeongin's warm face buried into Chan's already warm neck, It wasn't like he minded, but he was just confused.

They both missed the look sent to them by Jisung and Changbin- an exasperated, fond yet slack jawed look you only get when someone who's close to you is stupid.

(Jeongin)

2.

Jeongin felt like he was riding on cloud nine and being hit by several bulldozers at the same time when he moved in with Chan.

Living with the man was both a dream and a nightmare at the same time. How?

Chan was , basically- an angel on earth, too sweet, too kind, too considerate, but he was sassy. God, the sass, the way his eyes rolled when he was about to say something sarcastic, the way his fluffy hair practically fluffed up even MORE as a reaction- Jeongin needed to calm down.

Taking care of Chan had put a sort of calming spell on Jeongin. He loved knowing that he was the first person his tiny and precious hyung saw every morning, the last thing Chan saw before saying goodnight, when Chan slept, of course.

Which was another plus, by the way! A few months ago, Jeongin had witnessed first hand how bad Chan's sleep apnea was, how still his hyung went, how Chan woke up with tears running down his face and somehow being even more pale than he already was.

Since that incident, Jeongin had gotten so shit scared that he scolded Chan for around 40 minutes before suggesting Chan should just come and slip into his bed whenever he wanted. Chan was hesitant, because- of course- He's Chan, but eventually gave in because because he couldn't say no to Jeongin, not really.

Making sure that Chan slept was a personal missing for Jeongin nowadays.

Like right now, actually.

"Chan hyung? Channie?" Jeongin called out, walking out of his bedroom while rubbing one eye with his fist, glancing at the clock they put in the hall, then at the light from where Chan was clearly still working.

"Mmm- Innie? what are you still doing up?" Chan mumbled, shutting his laptop and putting it down on the couch.

"I could ask you the same question, hyung." Jeongin retorted, his eyes finally opening as he noticed what Chan was wearing.

He was fully decked out in Jeongin's clothes.
Like, head to toe.

Chan was wearing a big , dark red hoodie Jeongin owned, alongside a pair of Jeongin's socks, and holy fucking shit- Chan was wearing Jeongin's boxers.

Yup.

Jeongin needed to take a cold shower and probably yell into a pillow as he tried to tame his blush.

Did Chan forget pants existed or di he just directly beeline to Jeongin's boxers for no reason?

"Hyung...are you wearing my boxers?" Jeongin asked, blinking in a way that was eerily similar to Minho.

Chan went stiff, spine straightening and all the sleepy soft vibes radiating from him earlier vanished. "I- uh- yeah, Innie - i'm sorry, i should return them- let me take them off-"

"No, Hyung, no! there's no need for that, it was just a question- i - i don't mind." Jeongin protested- because as much as he wanted to see Chan's perfect ass, he would much rather let the crazy side of himself shake the walls of his brain and yell like a homo sapien about how Chan was wearing his clothes.

Chan settled immediately, and Jeongin joined him on the couch, letting Chan melt into his side and stay there as he tapped through whatever the fuck he was doing on his laptop. Jeongin didn't know, and frankly- didn't want to know. He was content having his hand around Chan's waist and petting through fluffy hair to somehow manipulate Chan into sleeping.

"You look so soft, Hyungie." He mumbled, and Chan practically preened, headbutting against Jeongin's chin, invisible puppy tail practically shaking strong enough to power a city.

Sometimes, Chan reminded Jeongin of a girlfriend. A cute, tiny, clingy girlfriend who could definitely kick his ass and get Jeongin into line with a sentence. He loved his Chan, he really did. And he was pretty sure that Chan had some feelings for him, but he still had to categorize it.
