Draco Malfoy doesn’t hesitate.
He always follows through.
But this has him hesitating.
The letter he’s handing to his owl with fingers that won’t release the green envelope.
This love letter is the finale, and he’s scared of how Harry will react to his reveal.
But he lets go anyway.
