Chapter Text
It was a queit morning.
The sun rays crept throught the windows into your room, you, of course just wanted to roll over so they wouldnt fully wake you up.
But something prevented you from doing so, oh right your boyfriend, Flowery, you sigh and peel open your eyes to look at him.
He was still asleep or was he? You couldn't tell because he had his eyes closed most of the time.
He had his head on your shoulder and arm wrapped around your torso.
It was quite cute sight and you couldn't help yourself but to reach out with your free arm and stroke his hair.
Suddenly he let out a small sound, was it a sigh? Was it just a happy hum? You couldn't tell so you moved your hand away. In response his eyes slightly opened and he looked up at you sleepily, blush spread acros your cheeks, oh no did you wake him up? That wasn't what you wanted to do!
He smilled softly at you, which ripped you out of your thoughts.
Then he lowered his head back to his earlier position, on your shoulder and he nuzzled slightly against you.
You stare at him for a moment, thinking, too nervous to ask about it.
But his voice, yet again, stirs you out of your thoughts.
"Is everything alright my princess?"
After a moment of deciding what to say, without a word, he moved away, now laying next to you but facing you.
You roll over to face him.
"I.. I didn't wake you up did I?"
He raised his eyebrows and a smile spread on his face.
"Is that why you seem so worried today?"
You look away slightly emberrased because he was right.
Flowery giggled and then reached out to place his hand on your cheek, rubbing his thumb against it, while he moved closer to you, your faces oh so close now, he spoke.
"You didn't wake me up, infact I was already awake. I just had to let somebody get their beauty sleep"
He winked at you, and you smiled softly.
You moved in closer, now your noses were touching. The moment you did that Flowery blushed, he always did blush when you got bit too close to him, it was quite adorable you thought.
"Are you sure you were awake? you seemed pretty sleepy to me."
You tease him and his blush just spread more, and he rolled his eyes.
"Well maybe i was.. alright alright.. I was asleep but!! It was quite nice to wake up to getting my petals caressed. You didnt have to stop you know."
He moved away slightly, emberrased at the fact you caught him lying. He always tried to lie to make the world atleast bit sweeter for you.
You giggled and then sighed.
"I should learn to stop overly worrying about things like that."
There was moment of silence between you two.
The silence was driving you mad, you already thought about thousands of scenarious how you managed to mess this up. It felt quite dumb considering what you have just sayd, but you couldnt control it.
Then you two locked eyes and Flowery spoke.
"How about... we get up and after breakfast, we could go to the castle's gardens?"
He said and looked down between you two.
"That sounds nice. Will anyone-"
Before you could finish your sentence he spoke as if he already knew what were you going to ask.
"No, just the two of us."
"Sounds pleasant" You say and smile.
"Anything for my favorite flower"
He said and winked at you. He got up from the bed and before he left the room he spoke one last time.
"I will make you some breakfast, just come when you are ready to bloom"
You were once again left alone with your thoughts. Now you got atleast something to look out for today.
