Chapter Text
Rudo was extremely underweight due to the fact he grew up in the slums in the sphere, heck he was lucky to even have clean water to drink up there. Regto always makes sure she eats though, even with the limited food they can gather. So when she started eating much more when she got to the ground, she obviously gained a little weight. Unfortunately, thats when her problems started.
She had noticed she had been gaining weight, of course she has, but that doesn't make her sad or anything, its just her chest started growing, and its getting uncomfortable to the point she would rather bind them up in bandages and not deal with them. Her chest was small enough whereby if she wore anything it wouldn't make much of a difference, however to poor Rudo, it was simply uncomfortable with it despite her having the smallest cup size imaginable. She didn't mind she was a girl at all its just with how much her chest moves when she walks around, she can only imagine on how bad it would be when shes fighting some sort of trash beast..yeah she would rather die..but thats puts to a question..how does the girls here handle them? Surely they got some sort of way since the bandages only work for a couple of days before she has to take them off due to the difficulty of breathing and stuff.. she might need to ask Riyo or Tomme or maybe Eisha.. but that can be put off another day..perhaps..

She had totally forgotten about it, and now shes paying it back with her sanity. She was in the back seat squished between Zanka and Follo, and with how Enjin is driving is not helping her case right now. She feels lightheaded and she can barely breathe due to the binder on her chest. She's mentally counting the seconds until they arrive at HQ. At least the way Riyo plays with her hair she feels some sort of relief, it was comforting in a way. Rudo has to ask someone today before it effects her on a mission..she did not want to be a burden while fighting the trash beast with her team.
When they arrived at HQ, Rudo immediately leap at the chance of leaving the car and retreating back to her room. Because she cannot stand another second of the annoying headache and how its genuinely difficult to breathe. She didn't notice how her teammates gave worried glances at her throughout the whole ride back to HQ

"Yo, does Rudo seem a little off today?" Riyo asked the group as she watched Rudo leave immediately after the car was parked. "Kinda, the brat was practically huffing for air after the whole trash beast incident." Zanka answered grudgingly as he carried his Lovely Assistaff with him. "Really? He seems fine to me, maybe you guys are overthinking it?, i mean sure he's quieter than usual but we all have our bad days right?" Follo added despite being just as worried as Riyo and Zanka.
Back in Rudo's room she immediately took off her bandages from her chest, while taking a huge breath of air. Her headache was slowly vanishing and she felt a lot better now. She really need to ask someone on how they keep their chest in place..because bandages is getting less bearable. She hurriedly put on her baggy blue hoodie, she looked at herself in the mirror, she hated seeing herself in the mirror, but right now she needed to confirm if she looked stupid or not. The baggy hoodie swallowed her figure so her body silhouette is not that visible. It was mostly her jacket. Now..she has to gather up the courage to ask someone..the question is who should she ask for help with?? Maybe Riyo?
**ugh this sucks..its so embarrassing to even ask this..**
Rudo mentally said, her ears burning with embarrassment for what he wants to ask despite it being a fairly normal thing.
**Whatever, I have to ask anyway before it gets worse like my hands..I dont want another pile of work I have to deal with.**
Rudo thought to herself as she shuffled out her room door, right now she needs to find someone with this problem. A girl she trust preferably. So she decided to seek out Riyo first, she checked Riyo's room but sadly she wasn't there. Who knows where Riyo might be..maybe she might need to ask Tomme or Eisha instead. So off Rudo went to find either one of them to help out with her problems.
"Oh Rudo! There you are! Ive been searching for ya!" A familiar voice cut through the hallway, When Rudo looked up it was Riyo.
"Dinner is ready ya know, you should hurry up before everything gets gobbled up ya know?" Riyo added playfully with a amused smile
Rudo nodded at her words but them remembering his goal, he suddenly got nervous all of a sudden.
*No! Snap out of it! You just have to ask a stupid question. Just man up and do it already!* Rudo scolded herself internally.
"Uhm..actually Riyo, I have a question to ask.." Rudo said, his voice softer and more nervous than she would've liked.
"Oh? Whats up little man?" Riyo asked, hands on her hips as she waited for whatever Rudo wanted to ask.
"Uhm..what do girls wear when their chest gets too big..?" Rudo asked awkwardly, looking anywhere but Riyo's face
"....whoa I didn't know you were **that** type of person Rudo." Riyo said, a little disturbed yet amused.
"...huh? What does that mean? Look anyway i just...im kinda of tired using bandages to cover them up and stuff.. it kinda hurts after awhile so I was wondering how girls on the ground do it.." Rudo nervously explained, as she looks at anywhere but at Riyo out of embarrassment. The the tips of her ears and her cheeks already having a light pink hue to it
"Wait wait wait, hold up..that means your a girl???" Riyo asked completely baffled as she slowly process the information.
"..yeah..??" Rudo answered as she tilted her head upwards to meet Riyo's gaze
"How did I not catch on sooner! You really are good at hiding this Rudo! Now about that thing you mentioned, lets go someplace private to talk about gal stuff kay?" Riyo said with a carefree smile as she walked away, expecting Rudo to follow her.
Rudo snapped out of her daze and quickly and clumsily followed Riyo. She was thankful Riyo didn't made it too awkward.

Rudo soon learnt about bra's and they even went on a girls trip to buy a few for Rudo. Rudo is forever thankful for Riyo. Now she feels much more protected and comfortable! Though she still needs to get used to the clip ons ones.
