Work Text:
“Xiaoshi, you need to hold still.”
“I know, I know, it just tickles, sorry.”
Lu Guang sighed, caping the eyeliner pen in his hand. It wasn’t his best work, but Cheng Xiaoshi still managed to kill
it. Lu Guang passed him the mirror, and he swore he could see his eyes go starry.
“How do you like it?”
“I love it, GuangGuang! It looks great!”
An arm thrown around him. A warm feeling coursing through his body that he would never admit.
He knew Cheng Xiaoshi would never like him back. After all, he was straight.
A pink flush creeping up his face.
“It’s really nothing.”
“Nope. You don’t get to discredit yourself, Lu Guang. It’s great. Thank you,” Cheng Xiaoshi said, somehow tightening the embrace.
Their lips were only inches apart now. One move and they would be touching.
And, Cheng Xiaoshi made that move. He leaned in, closing the gap that barely even existed.
He pulled away quickly, looking straight at Lu Guang. “It’s great, really. Thank you,” he insisted.
