Moe awoke with a start, she could feel the hard bedrock through her clothes. She slowly remembered what had happened, she remembered Regect leaving her in the house to follow Ze, she remembers feeling confused, and remembers being attacked by a strange person.
As she lifted her body off of the ground she scanned her surroundings. The area around her seemed to be a large bedrock cube that seemed similar to the hallway Ze had described, it being lit around the perimeter with torches, but the difference is that Ze’s was a hallway and Moe’s was a cube with some doors.
Now standing up she started to walk towards one of the doors on the west side of the room. As she reached the door she took a deep breath before opening it. It was a hallway, not like the one Ze had described though, this one was made of diorite and had no torches and basically no lighting other than a torch Moe had grabbed off of the wall.
As she walked down the hallway to the opposite end she had a moment to think as she walked. It took her a moment to realize but she wasn't as “scared” as she thought she would be. When ze had described it she thought it was going to be something horrible and incomprehensible, yet this just felt… normal in a way, like how you feel when you go to a friend's house for the fifth time, you don't feel entirely comfortable but you're starting to feel at home.
When Moe had reached the end of the hallway she found an iron door with no way of opening it, no pressure plate, no button, no lever, nothing. So instead of doing some dumbass puzzle, she allows herself to use her entity abilities to give herself a button and progress into the next room.
There were pieces of red fabric covering the entrance to the next room, so she could only walk in blindly, putting her hand out in front of her as a guide. She reached the end of the fabric and found herself in a living room, specifically the living room of THAT house. She looks around the room, hoping to find an exit through one of the doors of the house, but it seems like the daemon had thought of that, and had sealed the exits with bedrock.
Moe looked around the room for another exit when her eyes landed on the fireplace. It was burning at a consistent pace and had the back removed and made into the entrance for the next room. She tried to stop the fire but it still burned no matter what she did. “you have to be kidding me,” Moe thought. But instead of protesting, Moe backed up so she could run through the fire at max speed and get minimal damage.
She ran through the fire as fast as she could, her body feeling the heat of the fire emitted in real time for the first time in years. She had felt phantom burns in her dreams but they were nothing like the feeling of it actually happening. But soon enough, she felt herself touch the cool floor and knew she was safe from the fire, but not safe from what would happen next.
And then she looked up and instantly knew where she was. Despite never actually being here before, she knew. This was the hallway Ze had described. Moe remembers being in a similar hallway when the daemon had targeted her and Ze.
Moe had been arg entity before the daemon had come into the, so she had never really worked for him like Reject did, because to her the daemon was new news and she had already successfully gotten her protagonist. He was just a new face, she would have never guessed that he would be causing her so much trouble now.
But then again, when he first came around she was a bit intrested in him, mainly because his voice sounded like ______’s (Moe’s unnamed friend) not like they had the same voice, but more in the way of speaking.
She approached the void at the end of the hallway. Not letting any hint of fear of intimidation be seen. Then the eyes appeared. Every bit of moe was screaming at her to run. But she didn't listen, she wanted to see him. She wanted to know if it was _____. And if it was then she would never leave.
