-STORY TAKES PLACE IN THE CITY
- It's been a few months ever since zombie and I got into the city. I can say things have been going smoothly so far, and recently we found a abandoned apartment to live in! I've gotten more notes from my job to buy essentials like food, bedding, and water. Since I don't want to risk zombie being exposed, he's mostly just been in the apartment if I go somewhere, just staying there waiting for me to come back is what he does. But, one day I was shopping and I realized something.. I'm 24 years old and have never tried any type of alcohol before. The thought was stuck in my mind, now I was thinking, should I buy, or not buy a few bottles of alcohol? As I was thinking I stopped and looked up at the section I was in, "Alcohol beverages". Tell me this wasn't a sign without telling me this wasn't a sign, I thought. ohh who cares! fine, I'll grab some bottles and leave, that's set! But there's another problem, which alcohol beverage even tasted good?? I was looking around where a name caught my eye. "Strawberry lemonade vodka" was the name. oh wow that sounds like something I would like. I grabbed about 3 bottles and went to the self register. I paid then left and started heading back to the apartment. I opened the door to see zombie just staring at a wall, and then turned back when he heard the door shut.
- "hii shiroooo!!! howw was the tripp to the storeee??" Zombie asked looked up at me.
- "the trip was fine. Although I got a few extra things."
- "oohh really? what did you get shiro?
- "uhhh... you probably don't know it.. it's called alcohol."
- "soo does it taste gooddd?? can I try some?"
- "no sorry you can't drink it. I don't know what side effects it will have on you.
- "awhhh fine.. anyways shiro isnt it a little late? We should head to bed."
- "oh yeah your right.. I'll head to bed then, goodnight zombie."
- "goodnight shiroo!!!!"
- finally! shiro went to sleep, now I can see what this "alcohol thing" he bought is that I couldn’t touch. I found the bottles near a corner of the room.. I'm assuming he was trying to hide it, but shiro didn't do a good job at hiding it well. I grabbed a bottle, the flavor was strawberry lemonade.. That sounds yummy!! Without hesitating I opened up the bottle and took a sip. It suprisely tasted really goodd.. I want more.... NO-NO ZOMBIE WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT!?!?! SHIRO WILL NOTICE THE BOTTLE IS EMPTY!!! but at the same time.. he can't drink out the bottle I just drank out of... because of my spit so I guess the bottle is now mine!! A few minutes past I drank the whole bottle.. my head felt dizzy and I felt weird.. I wanted more so I searched in the spot, there were 2 bottles left, without stopping myself I drank a second one, the whole thing.. "hahaaahha...." It tasted so good like I was floating heheh!!! I'll save the last bottle for shiro... but god.. my body feels hot and my thoughts and eyes are drifting too... Then, I blacked out. THUD!
- I heard a thud and woke up, it was the middle of night right now... my sleepy eyes drifted around the room to find the source of the sound, until I saw.. ZOMBIE!!??
- "HEY! can you hear me..? zombie?" I was trying to call out his name, looked like he blacked out..
- "uuughhhnnhhh whattt..?" zombie stood up, facing shiros worried face
- as shiro looked around he noticed something.. 2 of the vodkas bottles were empty.. "shit." then he looked back up at zombie, and now realized what was happening, zombie was drunk.. ZOMBIE WAS DRUNK?!?
- "zombie, did you drink those drinks I told you not to touch..?"
- "huhhhhh noo I didntttt!!" clearly that was a lie just by looking at his face.
- I peered around to see that the bottles he drank fell over, but also came to notice he left the last bottle for me.
- shit. how can I even know what alcohol does to a zombie when I don't even know what it does to a human!
- but then zombie got up and starting staring at me, really staring.
- "waiittt, whoo arrree youuu again..?"
- I froze, did zombie just forget who I was..
- "zombie it's me, shiro. Don't you remember me?" I asked, Im now terrified he fully forgot me by now
- "shiirooo? ... yoouu souundd familliiaarrr"
- I let out a sign of relief, (at least he sorta knows me..)
- "shirrroo can I telll yyyoou soomethhingg?"
- I looked up. "yeah what is it?"
- then without warning he blurted out
- "why is someone so handsome like you not dating me already."
- ...
- HUH?
- "im.. handsome to you?" I was not only shocked at what he said but how clearly he said it too, sounding close to a human.
- "your hearrdd mee, amm I noott wroongg?.."
- "I guess your not.."
- they both looked at each other, one was confused and one was contemplating their live choices and how they did this to their friend. Then zombie broke the tension
- "shhoulddnn't wee go to bedd nooww? itss kiinddaa laattee.."
- "oh your right, I'll head to bed and-"
- zombie froze, and then started crying.
- "WAHHAHHHAAHH HOWW CAAN YOU EXPECT ME TO GO TO BED LIKE THIS??
- " like what..? "
- "LOOKING HORRIBLE LIKE THISSS WAAHHAAHHHHH"
- zombie buried his face in his hands, shiro watched as tears fell onto the floor.
- "oh uh hey you don't need to cry, you look fine the way you are!"
- "really..?" zombie was now looking up at shiro
- " yeah.."
- ...
- "heyy shiiroo.."
- " hm? "
- "can we sleep together..? I don't know I just feel scared.."
- "o-oh I can do that.."
- zombie moved in front of shiro and stared, then embraced him in a hug.
- "eh?" shiro said as he was caught off guard by the hug
- "hheeeheheh... you'ree reealllyy waaarmm... I likkee that.." zombie started hugging tighter, resting his head on shiros chest.
- "mmmm.. goooddnigghht shiiroo.."
- ..."goodnight zombie"
- shiro could finally somewhat rest, but he was questioning the way zombie was acting when drunk with him, flirty and it was like zombie was in.. love with me. The thought lingered and shiro realised, earlier he was blushing when zombie did those things to him, and he even liked it. "shit.." I guess I'm realizing it now, but I like.. zombie. but I can't just confess while he's drunk! maybe I'll wait until tomorrow to confess..
- and soon shiro blacked out, really he did, was motionless too.
- .....
- "oh, it's morning time already," shiro looked down, zombie was still sleeping on shiros chest.
- "hey zombie.. wake up." shiro tugged at zombie
- "ughhhh whaatt.." zombie lifted his head, and god did he look miserable.
- "are you okay? you know from last ni-"
- zombie immediately backed up from shiro, staring in horror
- "what..?" shiro looked at zombie and wondered what was wrong with him
- "GAHHH I'M SO SORRY FOR AL THOSE THINGS I DID YESTERDAY!!! HUUU THAT WAS SO EMBARRASSING!!
- oh. that's what zombie is worried about
- "your good zombie, i know you couldn't control what you did yesterday when you were drunk.."
- "really..?"
- "yeah.."
- "also zombie, I need to tell you something.."
- "what is it?"
- "I.. like you zombie, ever since yesterday.."
- god did I mess this up? I don't even know if he likes me like that.. shit did I really ruin everything..?
- "you do...?"
- shiro nodded his head yes
- "well shiro.. I like you too.." I saw his face red
- "well at least both of our feelings about eachother are the same.."
- "haha yeah! I'm really happy.."
- shiro then moved closer to zombie, he could hear how fast zombies heartbeat was going, and then, shiro kissed him on the cheek.
- "AHHH S-SHIROO?!? zombie was shocked, he just got kissed by shiro
- " heh.. you look so stupid when you blush like that, yk that, right zombie..?"
- "uhhh I guess..?"
- "god your so stupid shiro.. teasing me and stuff,"
- zombie then came back to shiro and returned the kiss to shiro
- "see? Not that scary as you think to kiss someone!"
- "oh.. alright then, I love you shiro.."
- "I love you too zombie.."
