Kim Soleum woke up one sunny morning.
His eyes, red from crying, and tear stains visible from his face.
He had a nightmare again.
Good morning friend... It's seems you had a nightmare once again.
Kim Soleum stared at the pink bunny keychain on his nightstand. He stared at his friend, Braun, who always was the first to greet him every morning.
It helped him calm down from the nightmares he had last night.
I'm really thankful that Braun is here...
...? Friend?
Kim Soleum was silent, dazed. Then he moved towards the nightstand where his good friend was placed, and took hold of the pink keychain.
Braun.
Yes?
Thank you for always being there for me.
Kim Soleum proceeds to press his good friend against his cheek, trying to give the being a good hug, but because of it's size, this was all he could do.
Aww!!! Of course, I am your good friend after all. But this is still very much appreciated!
Kim Soleum spent a few minutes, just trying to give his good friend a hug of appreciation.
He left the company housing, still feeling a little tired and drained.
His eyes, which he scrubbed carefully as he bathe, was still a bit heavy— a bit drowsy, and a bit stingy. His cheeks were cold to the touch.
The morning air hits him, and he breathes in a sigh, and pats the good friend on his coat pocket.
Pat. Pat.
Then left for the company.
"Oh? Our deer rookie is finally here!" Eun Haje greeted Team D's— their team's rookie, with a smirk, and a mug on hand.
Park Minseong also drew his attention on the approaching rookie, a bright smile on his face forming as he held out the manual for a new darkness for the day.
"Soleum, are you ready for another darkness exploration today—?"
But before he could explain and hand out the manual, Kim Soleum gave him a warm, surprise hug.
"?" Park Minseong was stunned for a moment, but he proceeds to path the head of their rookie, appearing to reciprocate the hug.
"Aww! What's got our Soleum today? Hehe..."
Park Minseong giggled, and proceeds to mess with their monster rookie's hair.
Kim Soleum then releases him, and proceeds to approach Eun Haje.
"? Hm?" She asks as she points her finger at her face, her mug already placed on top of her table.
Kim Soleum hugs his superior, his head slump on her shoulder.
"Hahahahah! What the hell, our deer rookie! You're being so cute today!" Eun Haje laughs as she accepts the hug, and proceeds to further mess their junior's head.
Kim Soleum left her embrace with his hair a cluttered mess.
He looks around the office, appearing to look for something, or someone.
Just then, the door to their office opens, and sees the figure of their reliable Chief.
Who, in Soleum's eyes, had the head of a white lizard with red eyes. His figure looked as gallant as always, with a box of treats and coffees on both hands.
Soleum eyes their chief, along with his two superiors.
Park Minseong and Eun Haje nodded at each other, seemingly having formed a plan.
They patted their rookie's back, and pushed him towards their chief, and they all hugged his big figure.
Chief Lizard Lee Jaheon raises what he had brought up to the sky, avoiding the heads of his team members.
Kim Soleum, at the center of the group, hugs their chief tight, while Park Minseong and Eun Haje both hugged their rookie and chief, giggling and smiling.
Chief Lizard was confused, but let's them do it anyway.
They stayed like that until Kim Soleum rustled to get out of the hug.
They entered the darkness that day with warm hearts, but Kim Soleum feels like something was missing.
Hah... That fucking darkness really fucked up my lunch...
Baek Saheon sighs as he pulls his tie, and his jacket already half drooping over his shoulders.
He proceeds to take off his dress shoes before taking a step towards their dorm.
He ruffles his hair, trying to distress, but fails as he seemed to get more annoyed.
Fck, I'm so hungry, fuck that darkness...
Let's check if there's something on the fridge.
Bake Saheon proceeds to open the mini fridge near the dinner table, and crouches to look at its contents.
Left over take-out, bibimpap, rice balls...
Just as Baek Saheon was contemplating on what can satisfy his hunger for dinner, a shadow loomed behind him.
Baek Saheon, having sensed the presence, immediately stood up and tried to look behind him.
Fck—...?
But what approached him was not an attack, but a hug.
I mean, technically it is an attack, but towards the heart, if you get what I mean.
Baek Saheon looks at the shadow, or more clearly, his roommate, still in his suit, had his head leaning on his shoulder, his slick, black hair in a cluttered mess, and his hands circling his waist, hugging his stomach from behind.
The other hand was suspiciously lower than the other though.
Baek Saheon sighed a relief upon finding out who it was.
Yep, that's right.
It was Kim Soleum, the top rookie of their batch. The all-time record breaker, manual reviser, his shitty superior...
And his lover. But nobody knows that.
He placed his hand on his lover's hand, which was lower than the other, and tried to pry it away.
But this damn psychopath just stubbornly won't allow him to do that.
"Hey, I'm kinda tired and hungry right now, so I don't think I have the stamina to—"
"No need to do that." They stay like that, unmoving.
.... Oh? So what the hell is this then? Just cuddling like those cheesy cupples and their cheesy antics?
Though, this isn't so bad once in a while...
Just as he thought that, Kim Soleum buries his head deeper on the crook of his lover's neck, his breath rustling the exposed skin, making his lover shudder.
"Ah...? Wait Kim Soleum—"
Too late, Kim Soleum was already licking his lover's neck, treading his saliva up towards his lovers jaw.
"Hngh... Ah, wait—"
His hand, which his lover tried to pry away, took hold of his belt, and start to unbuckle it. While his other hand was busy undoing the bottons from the top.
"You— sly—hngh...— motherfucker—!"
"I told you, you don't need to do anything, right? I can just do everything, so leave your body to me." His lover responded, licking and biting the shell of his ear.
This pissed off the chestnut haired, and his grumbling stomach made it worse.
Even if he was horny, his hunger comes first.
He elbowed his horny lover, and stepped on his foot.
"I said—"
He continues to hit his lover, who was clutching his stomach from the sudden attack, and gripping his already cluttered hair.
"I'm hungry!!!!"
That night, Kim Soleum was forbidden from approaching his lover before he was done eating.
So when Baek Saheon was done washing and placing the dishes away. Kim Soleum made his move and proceeds to hug his lover from behind.
This earned him a sharp glare from him though.
"Just hugs and cuddles. No other inappropriate touching, got it?" His lover reminds him, his finger pointing at his forehead.
Kim Soleum whines at the restriction, but complies anyway.
The two entered their respective rooms, with Kim Soleum properly tucking his good friend to bed, before proceeding to enter Baek Saheon's rooming, cuddling, and intertwining their legs as they did.
Kim Soleum's heart was quite full that night.
