Lexi shrieked when she saw the sender of her most recently received message. Noxcrew. She and her best friend Jasper had put in internship requests with Noxrew a few weeks ago. Noxcrew was one of the most well-known and influential Admin organizations in the world!
Jasper was going to lose his mind. Lexi grabbed her communicator and bolted out the door of her dorm room. She ran down the hallway, the stairs, and out the door.

Jasper’s door opened with a click.
“Lexi!” Jasper exclaimed, vibrating with anticipation. “Are you ready to check?”
Lexi grinned. “Yup!”
The two of them opened the messages at the same time. Two identical cheers. “We’re going to intern at Noxcrew!” Lexi cheered.
“I’m so excited!” Jasper exclaimed.

Over the next week, Lexi and Jasper prepared for their internship. Adam - annoyingly - had also gotten an internship offer. He continually dropped hints about how he was going to receive a full-time position after the internship was over. The two best friends elected to ignore him.
Soon enough, it was finally their first day!

Jasper and Lexi tapped their communicators on the scanner. The server gate whooshed to life and they stepped through. As Jasper’s vision cleared, he gasped at the sight before him. There were towering buildings, reaching into the clouds. Of course, they had seen the MC Championships Island broadcasted, but it was another thing to see it in person.
The two friends made their way to the Noxcrew Tech Center and entered through the main door. Jasper noticed Adam was already there. A man in a Noxcrew uniform walked up to them. “Are you three the new interns?” He asked.
Jasper nodded, grinning. “Jasper Ghost, pleased to meet you!” Jasper stuck his hand out to shake. Lexi followed suit, stating her name.
“And I’m G. Adam All.” Adam said, grabbing the man’s hand before he had a chance to say anything, a disdainful look on his face. “Who are you?”
Luckily for Adam, the man didn’t look too insulted. “I am Stuart Anderson. I’m a high-level developer here at Noxcrew.”
Adam didn’t look impressed. “And here I thought we’d be working with the important people.”
Lexi gave Adam an incredulous look and edged away from him. Lexi turned her focus back to the developer. “We’re all very excited to work with you Mr. Anderson!” She chirped.
Jasper grinned. “Where do you need us sir?”

What followed had to be one of the best weeks of Lexi and Jasper’s lives. They got to assist in the development of a brand new game for the MC Championships, patch bugs in existing ones, and meet more employees of Noxcrew! They both made sure to be meticulous in everything that they did, they wanted to make a good impression. What they did during these two weeks could have major ramifications in their future careers after all!
Lexi even met Xisuma Void- one of if not the most influential Admins active! She was way too embarrassed to ask for an autograph, but she talked to him! Xisuma Void! And Jasper said he had seen Grian Dreamslayer that same day! Grian Dreamslayer!
All in all, an amazing week!

Jasper and Lexi reached the front door at the beginning of their second week with high hopes. They were apparently getting to test and debug the new Hole in the Wall levels! It was one of the more complexly coded games, and they were excited for the challenge!
They entered the lobby and Lexi’s jaw dropped. Was that Owen G. Juice? And Scott Major-
“Lady Death-” Jasper gasped, his shock eliciting a response that he usually wouldn’t say out loud. “Lexi it’s- he’s- they’re-” Jasper snatched a notebook and pen out of his bag and was about to go to ask for an autograph, when Adam showed up. He saw the two admins, did a double take, and immediately went over to the two of them.
“Owen, Scott,” Adam smirked. “Why, what are two fine gentlemen doing in the-”
Jasper, who had come over, interrupted. “Mr. Juice, Mr. Major sir, could I get an autograph? I’m a huge fan of your work and- oh, sorry Adam, didn’t mean to interrupt-”
Lexi put a hand on Jasper’s shoulder. “Jas, chill.” The two admins looked a little uncomfortable, so she did what she could to alleviate the pressure.
Jasper scratched the back of his head, embarrassed. “Er, sorry.”
Mr. Major laughed. “Oh, no problem. Sure, I can sign it for you!” He signed the notepad and passed it to Mr. Juice. After both had signed it, and the notebook was back safely in Jasper’s hands, Lexi started to gently guide Jasper away.
“Thank you so much! I’d love to stay and chat, but we have to get to our internships. We hope you have a wonderful day!” Lexi gave them a smile as she dragged Jasper towards the elevator. Adam looked annoyingly smug. Lexi really wanted to smack that look off his face, but alas.
Adam was late (most likely because he stayed to ‘network’ with Major and Juice) and he got in trouble for it. Jasper felt validated in his annoyances with Adam. Shows you, sucking up to the co-heads of Noxcrew and POW INC.
During the rest of the internship, Lexi and Jasper thrived. They demonstrated a tenacious attitude, going above and beyond in everything they worked on. Eventually, though, all things must come to an end. On the last day, they bid goodbye to Mr. Anderson and left. Two weeks later, they received a message from Noxcrew.
