Peter stays alone in the Avengers Tower when Tony, Pepper, and Rhodey are away on a business trip, and May is at a medical convention, but the tower is attacked by an organized group that wants to steal Stark Industries' technology.
Luckily, Peter had hacked into the Iron Man suits for cases like this.
or
When the tower is attacked, it lights up in red and blue with the Spider-Man logo, and 30 Iron Man suits come out to defend it. Everyone assumes that Tony Stark is an overprotective father to his Spider son.
