Baby Junimos’ very first prank!

Work Text:

A two-panel digital comic in a simplified style. The background is the same for both panels: the top and bottom sections are taken up by wooden shelves. The viewer looks between them at the rest of the wizard’s room, softly out of focus, rendered in tan, with his cauldron full of something green and billowing out lighter green steam. On the left side of the shelf can be seen the edge of a green glass bottle full of purple mushrooms, stoppered with a cork. On the other side is an identical bottle containing something pink. The first panel features seven baby junimos standing in and around a puddle of spilled blue potion. Tiny circular dots of potion mark where they walked over the shelf. A yellow junimo struggles to push a green glass bottle back upright while one pink and one yellow junimo pull it from the other side. Two junimos, the same shade of blue as the potion, are already in the bottom of the bottle. A third comes sliding down the bottle towards them while a fourth wiggles itself into the neck of the bottle. A green junimo stands off to the side, holding the green glass stopper. In the second panel, the bottle is upright. The contents are liquid, but we see four junimo faces with different happy or watchful expressions in the bottle. The spill is still there, now with more tiny footprints. We see most of the wizard’s face from between the shelves as he peers at the bottle. One eyebrow is raised and he has a faintly amused and indulgent smile. His fingers rest on the edge of the shelf. End ID.
