Adachi Rei:
- Rei is Pansexual. 😛

- Can get overly logical during certain instances...
- Primary chef of the lab's kitchen besides Momo
- Rarely ever leaves the facility(ies) unless instructed.
- First paired with Defoko as an assistant for the repairer.
- When she does get the chance to go out, grocery shopping stands as her favorite errand.
- fried chicken.
- Is mainly 3D printed from a durable plastic, a technology Teto has discovered after creating her first batch of models. (Defoko & Momo being some of which)
- Efficient for what she is destined to do.
- Mass produced. Many more copies of her model work in the factory and as supposed housewives outside of the factory/lab.
- Experiences love and desire pretty much the same as most humans do.
- Hesitant switch. ... uwu
- Has two cables extending from the apex of her legs. One for outlets, (charging / transferring battery) the other for direct memories and logs from models that share similar technology.
- Skin is room-temperature / lukewarm pretty much all the time. ... Very consistent cooling systems.
- Owns only one pair of sneakers idk
- She has a habit for repeatedly flickering the flashlight on her headset on and off to irritate Defoko.
- Detachable head.
- Has the ability to eat and drink.

- Has had beef with a microfiber rag before. It permanently affected her system 💝
- Despises any other //more advanced// models of Defoko. She thinks the mass produced models are too artificial and cold for her liking.
- Has a thing for cats, and Defoko has to listen to her ramble hours on-end. She saw a stray ONCE while shopping.
- Battery can last up to 20 hours.
- Spends basically all of her time with Defoko

- The first of her model. Released as a demo but updated repeatedly to be used as a repairman around the factory/lab
- Because of her age, (7 years before Rei) Rei constantly worries about her soon-to-be replacement.
- Not nessecarily built for what she is inclined to do...
- Tech nerd. nyan
- Can't drive.
- Nearly always displays herself with a deadpan or monotone expression -- eyes half lidded. Her tone of voice isn't much different
- Powerful log and memory systems // observer. no different than Rei ❤️🩹
- ISN'T immune to water, unlike many other models.
- Fears liquid for that reason
- She can't consume anything 💔💔 / no food, no beverages
- The two cables that extend from her headset cannot retract, but they're both used for direct messaging.
- Relies off of batteries. The fat kind that have to be inserted in a compartment located inside the nape between her head and neck.
- Also has a detachable head, but putting it back onto her neck is a bit of a puzzle.
- Every 7 weeks, (2 months) the same screw in her right arm goes stiff and results in an immovable joint. Rei is usually the one that loosens it again. This instance is tracked in their memory.
- Behind those walls, she can be very passionate about her favorite things. one of which being Rei
- Has a weird fixation regarding her own internal wires -- she would do anything among her will to keep them untouched.
- Skin cool to the touch despite having a poor cooling system. A majority of her body is reserved for other quirks
- In spite of her fear of water, she's very attached a spray bottle and a bucket she carries around when mopping. They both have a piece of tape with her name written on it: Property of Utane Uta | VERS #0001.4_BDEFOKO
- Barely ever gets to leave the factory, either. When she does get the chance, the scenery of the outdoors, (even grass alone) fascinates her.
- Likes to make a living out of one of the factory's dim supply closets. She reserves the shelves for her belongings and has a desk for a Windows XP Teto didn't need anymore shortly after her production. She spends her time on that computer in her free time.
- Encourages Rei to talk about her one and only cat encounter.
- Much more caught-up than Rei thinks...
- Less hesitant switch. ...uwu
-Battery can last up to 2 days, but replacing her 'A' batteries through a panel on the back of her head is something no one wants to waste their time on.
- Has a thing for onigiri and rice. It's practically the only foods she'd do anything for to be able to eat them herself.
- Has been researching and is in the midst of constructing her own bazooka.
- Her language shifts between wordy and practical and casual slang quite easily. This tendency has influenced Rei a bit.
extra / Deforei:
- Rei feels like a constant misfit compared to Defoko's stark features. She doesn't nessecarily dislike it when Defoko watches her 'sleep' in her free time when Rei shuts down when charging. Rei must be at an outlet at the end of each day, whereas Defoko can last two.
- Rei likes to insist that Defoko should enter her sleep mode when Rei is charging so that they can cuddle

- When eating, Defoko would ask Rei to insert one of her cords into her headset so that she could experience the flavor of whatever Rei is eating, since she can't consume anything herself. The direct communication feature also has things like flavor. (might've been taken by a very specific deforei fanfiction on AO3 shsshh
- No beds in the factory, but i feel like Rei would often be the big spoon to Defoko

couple headcanons, it has to be somewhat cheesy
- During the very few instances where Teto would allow the two to go out, Rei prefers to walk. But when they get to borrow Teto's car, Rei would be able to drive it with some focus since Defoko simply just can't. Any commentary or distractions would make her head turn and the car swerve. Defoko's head flew off once...
- Defoko has a habit of playing w/ Rei's hair, whereas Rei has a habit of poking Defoko's head from behind.
- They compare diagnostic reports like how people compare their sleep schedules
- they recognize eachother's footsteps.
- They're both right-handed idk
