the straw hat s are sailing in the sunny and its a nice and clear day with no ships in sight for days. luffy franky and brook watch sanji and zoro fight cuz he snored too loud but then they get beaten up by a very annoyed nami while usopp is watering the plants on board with robin and chopper. usopp looks out to water and sees something floating from afar… it’s a small boat?!
“omg luffy look over there theres a boat over there is it an enemy i think i see someone on board” he announced
Luffy looks in usopp’s direction “I will grab it” he extends his arm to reach for the person in the boat but
nami hits luffy in the head “no way!!!!” in her regular nami when shes angry fashion
a seak ing suddenly emerges from the ocean surface beside the small boat. its a giant catfish! (for some reason ) and it jumps in the air (or whatever catfish do) and lands feet away from the wooden boat sending it flying upwards along with like a ton of water
usopp attempts to quickly examine at the occupant in the small boat as it hurdles through the air only to discover its a young boy?? omg guys
usopp says “hey guys the person in the boat is a little kid hes gonna be screwed when his boat slams into the water its gonna split apart and hes gonna drown”
luffy quickly shoots his arm out towards the boy and grabs ahold of his shirt, and pulls him back as fast as his arm made it to the boy. chopper rushes to luffy’s side just in case the boy is injured and the rest of the crew gathers to spectate them onto the deck. sanji and zoro just keep fighting they dont gaf unless nami robin or a big case of booze bottles are in danger
luffy finally retracts his arm fully and brings the boy safely onto the grass lawn “hey can you hear me are you okay chopper wake him up”
“okay luffy” chopper takes out smelling salts from his backpack and brings it close to the boy’s nose
“he looks familiar to me but it might be his weird sense of fashion” robin very intellectually points out
“well i think he looks SUUUUUUUUUUUUUPEEEEEEERRR” franky then does his super cool pose 😎
“robin you said you recognized the boy from somewhere?” brook asks
“well-“
“udosbidhvdkdudgheohdisn (sound this out idk)” the boy wakes up and freaks out
“hello are you okay whats your name are you with the marines” luffy pesters the kid repeatedly
“luffy calm down youre probably scaring him, hello my name is chopper and im a doctor we found you on a ship and you were passed out” he explains
“oh cool” says the boy “my name is mason btw”
“mason… dont tell me its that mason !” robin jumps back in shock
“what is it robin?” nami asks, beginning to feel a little scared since robin only gets like this when its super duper serious
“theres been a recent story on the newspapers on a kid named mason who caused the destruction of an island in the new world just days ago and because of his actions, the marines gave him a bounty of… 67,000,000 berri!!!”
“haha 67!!!” mason does a really strange motion with his arms then says “type shit”
“WHAT????!??? AN ISLAND??!??!???!” chopper jumps to where nami and usopp are using kung fu point and they all freak out which snaps sanji out of the fight with zoro
“I heard the scream of a frightened lady we will continue this later moss head”
“whatever you say curly poop brows”
“what was that????!??!?” and they fight again 💔
mason turns to luffy “idk what theyre talking about are you talking about the island that the black beard guy blew up”
“black beard?????” the others exclaim
“where did blackbeard get the power to explode an island?? did he use the mother flame??” robin whispers to herself
“ ill tell you guys everything you need to know as long as you please dont hurt me and help me get back to my original world” mason begs. luffy is confused but agrees anyways because its in his luffy dna
“wait luffy what if hes lying” usopp says “and how do you know blackbeard did it”
mason looks down at his feet and everyone else other than zoro and sanji get suspicious and prepare themselves in case they need to fight against this kid 😱… part 1 end wow
