Ponyboy's POV:
COUGH COUGH
I was coughing and everything felt like it was spinning round and round.
I got so dizzy that fell to the bathroom floor, landing on my knees.
It would've hurt but everything was going so numb that I could hardly feel any pain.
'Dang, taking all of the old pills from my parents are really taking me out fast.' I had thought to myself.
Yes. I took multiple pills. And they were all expired.
I was so glad they were gonna take me out.
But they were making all of the grief, pain, and everything that hurt, go away.
I felt a little selfish for taking my own life. But I know Darry and Soda. They'll do way better without me hanging around.
All of those thoughts were taking so much time that I eventually faltered and fell face first onto the floor.
I felt everything going cold and my vision was blurring and fading.
My memories through my life was flashing before my eyes. The memories of my parents, my brothers, and all of my friends.
Basically everything from my life.
I eventually shut my eyes, waiting for the eventual eternal void of darkness.
Before I left my world, I muttered,
"I'm sorry Soda and Darry..."
And nothing else remained.
...
Huh... Why am I still thinking?
I'm not an expert on dying, but I'm pretty sure I should've been at deaths door right now.
I tried feeling for my fingers and I didn't feel the cool bathroom tiles.
I feel...
Something rock hard.
I don't know if I should open my eyes. I'll try to move my legs.
I move my right leg and hear the shifting of pebbles.
Last I checked, my bathroom doesn't have pebbles on our floor.
I then make an attempt to open my eyes.
...
What the fuck?
I'm suddenly met with a foggy sky, sandy flooring, and a makeshift beach.
...
Maybe I really did die. Is this supposed to be the afterlife?
If it really was, I would be able to find my parents, Johnny, and Dally here!
I want to start shouting for them.
"Mom!
Dad!
Johnny!
Dally!"
I was getting nothing. I may as well try and scope out this place.
So I started walking along the beach to find out where I am.
__
Forgot I did track for a moment, but I then started running along the beach.
I thought there was nothing here but gloomy skies, wet sand, and an artificial beach.
Until... I found a home.
A small home. It was located on a high level.
Did that mean someone lives here?
I started to make my way to this place but I stopped.
What if they were right behind?
I whipped my head around and... There was nothing.
Still, I checked the surrounding area of me. Still nothing so I looked up at the window...
There was someone looking at me.
So I did the only logical thing.
I ran.

Grace's POV:
Everything in my head felt quiet for once. Which is a little weird considering my head is always at work.
I couldn't think straight of my usual topics.
And...
I feel ashamed to admit that... I kinda miss my old students...
Wow...
It's been a while since I've thought about my students.
Maybe I was just shutting out all the thoughts because I knew that it would make me feel guilty but I can't help but imagine one of my students on the shore of the bio dome as I look outside.
My head eventually moves past those thoughts and I drift off into other topics... But the kids silhouette on the beach does not disappear.
Hes stumbling on the sand, hes frantically looking around, and then he looks up at me.
It then hit me that he wasn't just an image from my head missing my kids...
He's real.
Before I could question anything, he ran.
Compared to finding out that cannibalism is gonna be a regular basis on my eating habits and seeing a young kid walk along the beach, being on Erid brings confusion.
He looked like he was exploring the place. But when he saw me staring, he immediately turned around and started to run.
I doubt he'd get far. We are in a human safe bio after all.
Looks like I gotta do some running.
