(BEFORE INTERN TURNS INTO AN ANOMALY)
Intern broke their leg and needed a surgery. Their family members, rina and bran (pink dog and green cat from 3rd game banner) anxiously wait at the chairs in the lobby.
Due to the hospital being understaffed at the moment, doctor harlow himself decides to preform the surgery. However, he finds this as the perfect time to make himself look normal permanently. During the surgery, he takes interns eyes and mouth insides out. He then places the parts on his surgery tray to replace his own eyes and mouth later.
After that, he got curious on if turning an animal into an anomaly was possible. So, he took quite a lot of his own blood and interns blood, then injected his blood into intern, and interns blood into himself. Surprisingly, it worked!
However, the side effects were obvious. Interns arms grew pretty long and their forehead had a vertical crack. The next second, their head split open with an anomaly mouth. This confirmed that normal animals could turn into anomalies. He injected intern with another needle of anesthesia to get the mouth to close and continued the operation as planned.
After the surgery, doctor Harlow gave a believable excuse on why intern ended up like that, and left the family members to weep. His main goal was to get intern to work for him, or just the hospital in general. But one thing was stopping him..it was rina and bran. They would most likely discharge intern from the hospital and the secret would be out. He certainly did not like that result. So, doctor Harlow decided to not feed intern in the slightest. This would result in intern eating their own family after 2-3 days.
Doctor Harlows predictions were unfortunately, correct. Intern was on the verge of dying due to anomalies needing animal blood every 4-5 days in order to survive. It’s an instinct.

Doctor Harlow knew that intern might’ve been pretty unstable due to the fact he turned them into an anomaly, so he contained them in an padded room until their behaviours calmed. He occasionally gave them meat, but it was rare of him to give intern much. He just gave them the bare minimum.
Over time, intern started to forget many things due to the isolation. They forgot things such as their name, family, high school friends, and what Harlow had done to them.
10 months later, intern saw the room being filled with some sort of gas. They tried holding their breath, but it was no use. They gasped for air, trying to fight the sudden sleepiness they felt. However, it was no use. They lost consciousness pretty quickly. They WERE underfed and weak after all.
The next time they woke up, they found themselves on a bed..they weren’t used to the new feeling. Almost a year in a padded room had done things to them. When Harlow came, Harlow manipulated intern into believing that they were saved by the doctor and were offered a job as an intern at his hospital. Intern accepted, as they would like to pay back their “saviour”. They also recalled trying to get a medical degree in college.
It wasn’t long until they noticed the differences between them and normal animals. They were confused on why majority of the animals on the street were terrified of them. Since they obviously forgot about anomalies. Later on, Harlow mentioned that intern was an “anomaly” and majority of anomalies killed and ate other animals.
After intern learnt of this, they felt deeply ashamed of what they were. They would “never” kill and eat others.
