Kiryuuin waved at the screen, still draped around Kyan’s shoulder - if he was actually trying to play that guitar he wouldn’t have been able, Ange considered, amused. He startled, eyes widening, as Kiryuuin announced-
The house lights came up as the large screen behind the band changed to a panning view of the crowd, and Jun and Kyan started chanting for kisses and. . .
Ange squeaked as he realised what it was doing. The camera focused first on a pair of girls - one wearing a shiny, eye-smartingly purple coat, the other elaborate lace - and coat girl grinned, kissing lace girl’s cheek as she almost smiled; then lace girl turned and caught her collar, dragging her into a real kiss. The camera lingered for a few moments, then moved on, choosing another couple, and another, and then-
Ange had just gotten comfortable, grinning as he watched - romantic, if embarrassing, he thought - when- He froze as he saw himself on the screen, then looked at Guil reflexively. The band was still chanting and . . . Guil flinched away. Ange ducked miserably.
‟Oh, just kiss him, Guil.” Eve said softly, and it occurred to Ange that Guil could have turned to Eve - they probably looked better together, more like they fit - bringing an unexpected stab in his chest. He had even assumed himself, when he first joined the household, that Guil and Eve were. . .
Ange’s mind went blank, his eyes wide, as Guil caressed his jaw. He was absolutely unaware of what they looked like on screen as Guil kissed him, soft and lingering and sweet, and couldn’t have cared less. He threw his arms around Guil’s shoulders, tipping his head up, begging-
Guil curled an arm around him, tongue brushing his lower lip; Ange opened eagerly and shivered as the kiss thrummed with Guil purring. It was dizzying and Ange’s head spun as he remembered his embarrassing crush on Guil, long before he’d known Guil - unaware that Guil knew him, had been part of him since before he was born - when it had been only admiration for an idol, and then when Guil had invited him home, and now. . .
‟Ooh, look at us! Hyde, come here!”
Ange drew a shaky breath as Guil withdrew, still leaning into him - and he didn’t pull away, nuzzling Ange gently, smiling, eyes warm.
Ange licked his lips, glancing up at the screen above the stage to see them - he squeaked, embarrassed - but it was panning over now, and-
Oh, it was panning to the row behind them, and. . .
Ange tilted his head, then twisted a little, peeking over Guil’s shoulder. ‟Has he always been like this?” he asked, brows rising as Dimitri nearly climbed into Hyde’s lap, arching, hips twisting obscenely.
‟I have not known him for so long as Guil, but I feel confident in saying ‘yes’.” Eve said quietly, and Guil snorted.
‟Yes.” Guil confirmed, not even glancing at them, eyes fixed instead on Ange, smiling at him like he was the only one in the world.
