Chapter Text
Rose leaned against her girlfriend. Lily gently rested her head on top of Rose’s. Rose loved their height difference. Their hands were intertwined and Lily was gently rubbing the back of her hand with her thumb. They were sitting atop an abandoned building, their legs swinging gently over the edge.
“Lily?” I asked.
“Yes?” She replied, turning to face her.
“I love you.” I whispered.
She rolled her eyes.
“You’re so sappy.” Then she hesitated. “I love you too.” She pressed her lips against Rose.
Lily pushed herself up, turning away from Rose.
“Where are you going?” I asked her.
“I have to go home.” She replied, checking her watch.
“Aww… Can’t we stay a little longer?”
“Rosey I need to go.” (HELP WHAT THE CORNY…)
My face blushed.
Lily giggled and bopped my nose. (I’m dying why did I write this 🥀🥀)
“You know I can’t stay.”
“I don’t expect you to stay all night, we can just hang back at my place for a few minutes.” I replied.
She scoffed. “More like hours.” She replied.
“Hey!” I snapped. “Don’t say things you know are true!”
I threw a can at her. She dodged it effortlessly.
“Oh, come on. At least walk me home like a good girlfriend.”
She sighed. “Fine.”
“Yes!” I replied.
“But we have to leave now, or else my dad will kill me.” Lily replied.
“You’r (Yes I spelt it like that…) dad will probably kill you regardless.”
“True.” She said, folding her arms.
“So are we going?” I asked.
“Yeah, yeah, alright.”
“Yay!” (Calm the fuh down Rose.)
“Come on Rosey. Let’s get out of this creepy place.”
(You get NO explanation as to why they were in an abandoned building.)
