A huge crash could be heard.
A Warden screech.
Then another.
And another.
Too many to count.
Rejoice kept running away. Well, he tries too at least but there are too many. He is scared.
Tears were forming in his eyes.
He was so so scared of dying.
He couldn't see anything, but he kept running.
With the Wither in the background blowing stuff up, making the whole building shake abruptly. Making it harder to keep running.
He didn't know why Jaden was doing this. He thought his words were going to change Wemmbu and Jaden fighting, but it turned into something too much to chew for Rejoice.
He didn't like this. He doesn't like fighting. He wants this to all stop. Why did they have to fight? Why couldn't they talk it out?
He just wanted friends. That's all he really wanted.
He hasn't seen another person in 3 months. He didn't want to lose this.
More tears drip from his cheek.
Rejoice didn't want to admit it.
But he felt like he was going to die.
He really did.
Jaden's targeting earlier made it even harder to survive with his armor low and even lower on his supplies.
It was getting harder to run. With more Wardens spawning. He didn't know how he was going to make it.

No!!!!
He can't think like this.
Wemmbu will save him!!!
Wemmbu is his friend and his other friends also!!!
Loppez and Eggchan!!!! He had to be hopeful.
But...
"REJOICE, WHERE ARE YOU??"
Wemmbu!!!
"IM HERE WEMMBU!!! IM IN THE ROOM."
"WHERE??"
"Oh, there you are."
"CHORUS FRUIT TO ME. THERES A MILLION WARDENS ON ME, PLEASE WEMMBU."
Rejoice ran to where Wemmbu voice was coming from, hoping he can see his name tag. Then he heard a chorus fruit, blessing to his ears.
"HELP WEMMBU."
"HOLY CRAP, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE WARDEN NATION ON YOU." Rejoice hopefully could hear Wemmbu wind charges besides the huge footsteps of the millions of wardens behind him.
"THERES TOO MANY, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WEMMBU??"
"ARE YOU GOOD?? JUST USE A GAPPLE REJOICE." Wemmbu worry could be heard even when he was far away. Despite the chaos around him, Rejoice smiled at that, Wemmbu did care about him.
Before he could think about anything else, he tripped accidentally as the pain of a Warden on his back made him fall. It hurts so much. He got back up as soon as he hit the ground.
"ARE YOU OKAY REJOICE?? USE A GAPPLE."
"WEMMBUUUU I CAN'T EVEN MOVE. PLEASE."
He was so scared.
His health was dropping by the minute. He knew he couldn't kill the wardens neither did he think Wemmbu could. There were just too many.
Buthe was supposed to protect his kingdom. He let out a quiet sob.
Then his helmet broke. He knew this was over.
He remembers his knight teaching when everyone was still here. When he had friends, he could go too. A place where he wasn't alone.
"Rejoice no matter what, if your helmet breaks, you have to get out of there as soon as you can. No matter what."
Right. Rejoice squeezed his sword in his hand, the only thing that was grounding him from everything.
"It's over Wemmbu. I-" He kept running, knowing it was pointless.
"JUST EAT CHORUS. EAT CHORUS REJOICE. GET OUT OF THE FACTORY." Wemmbu was yelling now, panicking.
"IM TRYING." The chorus wasn't working. It wasn't- He tried again and again. It wasn't. It wasn't...
He got blasted across the room as a Warden use a sonic beam on him.
He blanked before coming back to hearing a crunch. A warden had crushed his arm with no remorse. He stop breathing. He was scared. His hand was not connected to his arm. He couldn't breathe.
His hand was on the ground. His-
"REJOICE, USE A GAPPLE. REJOICE CAN YOU HEAR ME?" Wemmbu screaming was the only thing making him focus again.
With that, he was back on his feet.
"Y-yeah.."
"USE A CHORUS FRUIT. GET OUT OF HERE REJOICE."
"I can't, it's not working Wemmbu."
Again
And again.
Nothing.
He knew his time was up. His pants were about to break. He was about to die. He let out a choked sob.
"Wemmbu, I'm about to die here. I'm going to die."
"Rejoice try it again- THIS DAMN WARDEN. GET OFF ME." Rejoice could hear a warden screech as Wemmbu was fighting it.
There was simply no point in trying.
Rejoice didn't want Wemmbu to die.
"W-wemmbu, it was fun while it lasted but-" A Warden smashed him against the stone wall. Making something cracked in his skull, making his totem popped.
"J-JUST USE CHORUS FRUIT."
Wemmbu didn't get it.
He was dead.
There was no saving him.
Rejoice was tired.
While the hundreds of Wardens were tearing him apart, he said his finally goodbye.
"It was fun while it lastly, I appreciate playing with you guys. I'm dead. I'm sorry Wemmbu-"
Rejoice has always been scared of death. But he smiled. He got to meet his new friends even if it wasn't for awhile. He was glad he met them.
In his final moment of pain, he saw Wemmbu for the last time, with fear in his eyes.
"I'm going to mace them off-"
Rejoice was slain by Warden.
Rejoice has left the game.
But it was far too late.
