Chapter Text
The world narrows to the soft, insistent pressure of Nirei’s lips against mine, and I can’t help but think—he’s so small. That’s the first thought that always comes when I hold him like this, when my fingers trace the delicate curve of his jaw and feel the flutter of his pulse beneath the skin.
I’m not a tall man by any bold standard, but Nirei… Nirei makes me feel like a giant. He fits so perfectly in the circle of my arms, like a fragile little bird that’s flown trustingly into my cupped palms. I could break him without even trying, and yet here he is, pressing closer, his breath a trembling whisper against my cheek. It drives me wild with a kind of tender, protective hunger I’ve never felt for anyone else.
I slant my mouth over his, coaxing, tasting. His lips are so sweet it’s almost dizzying. There’s a faint trace of grape, probably the gummies he eat before—a refresing taste that makes my tongue ache for a deeper taste.
I part his lips with my own, gentle but insistent, and he lets out this tiny, breathy sound that vibrates straight through me.
I could spend hours just like this, savoring the plush give of his mouth, the shy dart of his tongue. He’s still so hesitant, so adorably eager, like he’s offering me everything he has and hoping it’s enough. It’s more than enough.
It’s everything.
I pull back just enough to look at him, my thumb stroking the corner of his mouth where a little smear of shared spit glistens. His eyes are half-lidded, those earnest brown irises hazy with want, and his lips are already reddening, a little swollen from my attention. I can’t resist leaning in to press a feather-light kiss to his cupid’s bow, then the tip of his nose.
I have to tilt my head down quite far, and the sight of him craning up to meet me, his small hands fisted in the front of my uniform, sends a shiver of possessive delight down my spine.
“You’re trembling,” I murmur against his skin, my voice lower than I intend. “Am I scaring you, Nire-kun?”
“N-no.” The word is a rushed little puff of air. “I just… I want…”
“What do you want? Tell me.”
He squeezes his eyes shut, cheeks flushing that perfect shade of pink. “I want you to keep kissing me. Please, Suo-san.”
How can I deny such a sweet plea? I cup the back of his head, my palm cradling the soft strands of his hair, and I take his mouth again. This time I don’t hold back. I lick into him slow and deep, mapping the ridges of his teeth, the slick velvet of his inner cheek, the shy curl of his tongue. He makes the most delicious little noises—soft mewls and gasps that I swallow greedily. I can feel how small he is in every inch of contact: the narrow span of his waist under my other hand, the delicate bird-bones of his wrists when I gather them together in one grip. I lift his arms above his head with almost no effort, pinning them lightly against the wall behind him, and the sight of him stretched taut and utterly at my mercy makes my blood run hot.
I trail my lips from the corner of his mouth to his jaw, down the slender column of his throat. I can feel his pulse hammering under my tongue, erratic and quick. When I suck a tiny mark into the skin just above his collarbone, he arches into me with a broken moan that goes straight to my cock. I want to mark every inch of this compact little body, to leave my claim stamped all over him so the whole world knows he’s mine.
But I draw back with a low, shaky laugh instead, pressing my forehead to his. “You’re too sweet, Nire-kun… I could eat you alive and still crave more.”
His eyes fly open, and the look in them—shy but utterly trusting—nearly undoes me. “Then… why don’t you?”
Oh, this boy has no idea what he’s offering. I let my thumb sweep across his bottom lip, watching it spring back plump and pink. “Because if I start, I won’t be able to stop. You’re so small, so delicate… I’d break you before I even got started.”
To my utter shock, he tilts his head and deliberately sucks my thumb into his mouth. The wet heat, the sight of his lips wrapped tight around my digit, short-circuits my brain for a solid second. His tongue laves at the pad of my thumb, and he looks up at me through his lashes with something that’s almost a challenge. Try me, that look says. I’m not as breakable as you think.
I groan, a raw, guttural sound, and reclaim his lips in a kiss that’s nothing short of devouring. I hoist him up—he weighs nothing—and his legs wrap around my waist with an instinctive urgency. His arms circle my neck, and suddenly we’re pressed together chest to chest, hip to hip, and I can feel every miniature tremor that runs through him. He’s kissing me back now with a desperation that matches my own, little kitten licks and clumsy nips that set my nerves alight.
Between kisses, I gasp out praise because I can’t help it. “You taste like heaven, Nire-kun. I want to drown in you.”
His response is a breathy laugh that turns into a whimper when I grind my hips against his. The friction of our clothes is maddening, but even more intoxicating is the feeling of his tiny frame shuddering against me, the frantic race of his heart, the way his fingers clutch at my hair. He’s my perfect little opposite in every way—so much smaller, softer, brighter—and I want to keep him locked away right here in my arms forever.
When we finally break for air, his lips are thoroughly kissed, slick and dark and puffy, and I can’t stop staring at them. I trace the curve of his mouth with one finger, utterly captivated. “I’m going to kiss you until you can’t remember your own name,” I promise, my voice hoarse. “And then I’m going to kiss you some more.”
His smile, dazed and radiant, is the sweetest thing of all. “Yes, Suo-san. Please.”
So I do.
