When the first quirks started appearing, the Sailor Senshi, who had been preparing for a very different world, didn't know what to do. Even though Setsuna could no longer see the future, they knew far too much had changed for it to be the reality Chibiusa had come from. For the first time, there was an uneasy hope that, in this future, the Queen and her Soldiers would not be needed.

And they were partially right. The world didn't need a crystalline palace and a Queen.

What it needed was Heroes.
