“Damn that motherfucker son of a bitch! Shuffling off into the distance, dragging the blooded twisted broken right leg, it can now not do anything that the brain wants it to do anymore, all that hiking for what? A monstrous biped feathered dragon beast of some kind, out here to kill.
Wham shook the thoughts out of his head, the only thing he wants to do now is find a damn place to rest and find a way to call for help, especially home, his wife and two daughters were waiting for him to be back home twenty hours ago.
Swiping the sweat off his forehead with his forearm, blood dripping down form his nostrils and a cut ear from the last encounter attack two hours ago, the area is fogged up and moist, good place for giant insects to roam about, getting ready to end the victims they so desire and please if they so wanted to.
Logs and roots block pathways and roads, but there is no road anymore that he can see. No chirping birds which to him, that is a sign danger is nearby. Not good at all, not at all indeed, taking deep breaths now and shuffling onward in quick pace now, “home, must get home”. He whispered to himself, right leg getting dragged behind.
Stopping in his tracks, hearing the sound of clicks and hisses, something that sounded like a snap of a twig. Cackling? Nonsense, there is nobody bloody here mate! He thought to himself.
Two more minutes, the sound of shuffling of dirt and leaves and a fast pace movement was heard from behind him.
…
“Ahhh!”
Something had jumped him, already bitten his neck, twisting it till it made a snapping noise, body thudded against the moist ground floor of the forest.
Clicking noises were chirped from the bird like monstrous dragon, but it wasn’t a dragon.
Zooming out and panning close to a wooded busted sign on a broken off trail, it said.
“Don’t enter-Utahraptor demon from hell, LEAVE NOW.
