Eda was trying to get the Owl house back in order, when she heard a knock at the door
She turned to see the Blight girl walk into the space, and Eda went back to her tasks of trying to get the living room furniture put back into place
“Hey Boots, if you're looking for Luz she’s in the human realm for the day getting some rest after she beat you know who and…”
Amity cleared her throat, “Actually I came to speak to you.”
Eda raised her eyebrow and turned to see Amity take a seat in a nearby chair and removed a small notebook and a pen
“I was hoping you could give me some pointers are how to successfully collect trash, seeing as it’s how you collected most of your items you used to sell in town.”
The question piqued the older witches' interest and walked over, “Why do you want to know that?”
Amity rubbed the back of her next, “Okay. When we got trapped in the human realm, I may have stuck up a friendship and when I see them again I want to impress them, and you and him have a love of rummaging through garbage. So I was hoping you could teach me.”
Eda rubbed her chin, “You made a friend with a human that wasn’t Luz?”
“Well…” Amity responded, “I wouldn’t say human ... .that's all I can really say for now.”
Eda gave Amity a gaze, and from what she could tell, she did seem rather sincere about wanting to know, so she began to tell the Blight girl all the knowledge she had acquired over the years
Amity listened intently, taking as many useful notes as she could hoping they would be relevant in the future
THREE DAYS LATER
Amity stood on the curb in front of the Noceda house in the human realm, she looked at the watch in her wrist
He was usually around at this time, then she heard the rustling come from the nearby shrubbery
She smiled when she saw the creature emerge, and began to trot over to her
“Hi! I missed you two, sorry I haven’t been around lately but guess what? We found a way to go home!”
The creature chirped at her statement, which made the witch chuckle as she assumed he was telling her that it was happy for her
“Good news is I can travel back and forth between realms, so I can come see you anytime. Heck, maybe I can take you to see the Demon Realm sometime!, but right now….” Amity said, walking over to the nearest trashcan and removed the lid and dug her hands into the contents inside as her friend scaled the empty boxes next to the can so it could peer inside as well
“I was given pointers on how to properly root through garbage, so let's see if we can find you the good stuff!”
