Violent little drabble

Summary:

Sooo
I'm not that great at writing and didn't plan on posting anything until I got better but I randomly started typing this on my phone once when I was in a terrible mood and I'm kinda happy with how the writing style itself turned out, so I felt like posting it.
A very important TW! The writing practically revolves around implied self harm and blood. And also an apology in advance, I don't think I myself am super great at writing for these topics so if I offend anyone in any way I am truly sorry.

Notes:

If you haven't already, please read the summary. Further warnings and explanations are there.

Work Text:

It was everywhere.

Akito froze. He had never gone this far before. After regaining his senses, he looked at the clock.

9:45

15 minutes.

That was all he had. Ena came back soon and he didn't want to even begin imagining her reaction to the mess. Immediately he ran over to the kitchen and grabbed a whole roll of paper towels, too fast to notice the trail he left until after.

Why am I such an idiot why am I such an idiot why

In a panic, Akito rolled 5 or so layers onto his leg to prevent any further leaks and pulled his pant leg back down so no one would notice. Then he rushed back the way he came, on his hands and knees practically crawling to wipe it all up. With enough of it gone to avoid questions, all that was left was the couch. He ran back over and attempted to wipe up the stained cushion as quickly as possible. He didn't know how much time he had left, but with any luck, surely he'd be able to cover it all up with flying colors. Finally the last hint of color was wiped from the cushion, which he still flipped over for extra insurance. With every last bit seemingly done, he sat back on the couch, found the remote, and mindlessly put something on to make it seem casual.

Almost seconds after, the door opened.

"I'm home! If anyone touched my stuff I swear to God I'll-"

Ena stopped in her tracks, looked up once, and then looked back down.

"A-Akito..?"

The sudden silence had already sent shivers down his spine, but the moment Akito heard his name his face turned pail. Slowly, he lifted his head and looked back at his sister, and instantly paused in full panic.

He forgot to hide the knife.
