Work Text:
sp6's eyes brushed along the foliage, and they huffed. the glass fogged and warmed their cheek. their hair poked at their face.
they really, really didn't want to go pick the laundry off the clothesline.
it had all been spinning around out there for a couple hours, waving with the wind. them and kaede had hung it out early, in order to catch the sun; spring was never in their favour, most especially before the equinox.
sp6 had tried to busy themself. sweeping, dusting, organising. but every task they set their sights on was tiny, meaningless in the big grand scheme of this saturday afternoon, finished in a couple of minutes.
they could just laze around. simply sit and scroll on their phone. or slink up to their partner and strike a chat; wherever they were.
one finger began tapping the windowframe.
someone really needed to bring it back in.
they tug one side of their hoodie back up, working it under the scarf.
kaede probably wouldn't want to.
sp6 gives a closing sniff, and they push up off their seat.
